HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
There are various artefacts which is being used by student so that to enhance skills in proper manner and the same are
used by me as well. With the help of informal and formal mail writing I am able to align my employability skills in direct
manner. By learning informal and formal writing skills in future during employability I can write regarding various tenders
and acknowledgement without facing any prominent problem. On the other hand SWOT analysis is helpful in recognising
loop holes in my skills due to which in employment I can understand the level of efforts needed my me for completing a
particular tasks in specific manner. With the help of SWOT analysis I can develop those skills in which I am lacking behind
and required to be developed in order to pursue enlightened career. Group work is a significant activity which enhances
motivation and collaboration. By understanding need of group work various skill of different people can be collected
together and helps in managing tasks within employment with higher efficiency. Cover letter is a formal document which is
a written form attached with job application and this is the letter which is associated with credential and interests. This is
the aspect in which a person applies for some specific job and this is elementary to understand need of the same. By
applying cover letter significant and relevant job position can be obtained by me due to which level of competition can be
uphold. One of the primal element of attaining proper employment is associated with giving interview with higher skills and
confidence. This is the skills due to which appropriate job can be received by me and the same can be helpful for me to
retaining in employment for longer duration of time. An effective interview includes interpersonal skills and knowledge by
which prominent interaction can be performed between interviewer and interviewee. This is helpful for me in developing
my employability as interview is helpful in gaining job in which I am suitable. Plagiarism is defined as the act of copying
work of other an this is an unethical work which may create dishonest behaviour for an individual. By working upon
plagiarism this is helpful for me to work during my employment in better way and give credit to people for their deeds. This
could increase my ethical consideration and honest working as well. By working upon plagiarism I got good marks from
universities and in my graduation exams as all my assignments were free from any errors and misconducts. This may help
me in getting desired employment and options in which I can perform job in significant manner. Data interpretation is
another process which is helpful in deducing conclusion out of a research. This aspect is assisting within employability as
there are various researches which are being conducted and in order to draw significant conclusion interpretation skills are
required. So this skills may provide its contribution in developing my career in advantageous manner so that I can build up
my career path accordingly. CV is playing significant role for an applicant in providing full brief of their skills and
personality trait in attractive manner. In this regard this aspect is highly recognisable for me as with the help of this I can
demonstrate my skills and qualities in front of employer in clear manner.

Career planning is one of the significant aspect which is required to be focused so that high focus can be rendered over
creating work employment. In the time of COVID-19 various problems are faced by students in their learning cycle. This
was a hard time for me as I was required to continue my study in the period of lock down. This is a very challenging time
for me due to which different circumstances arise which are not giving appropriate direction to future and my career
objectives. Under the time of COVID-19 crisis the major emphasis is regarding using forward looking approach for career
planning in appropriate manner. There are various lectures available over internet and these can be aligned my career
objectives as these lectures are providing depth knowledge and the same can be used by me. This lock-down has
shown various challenges due to which different initiatives are taken by me so that to acquire knowledge in better
manner. There are numerous videos those were viral during lock-down and these are helpful in understanding regarding
own personality and inhaling those trends that can be helpful in placing different strategies as well. On the other hand
within the time of lock-down communication skills could be enhanced by watching different videos and learning new
techniques by which self engagement can be enhanced by me. Besides this as CV is keeping high edge significance in
the life of an individual and during lock-down I personally worked on enhancing my CV writing skills so that I get
employment in a reputed organisation as soon as this lock down gets over. This is the time when I can focus on
enhancing different skills so that career inspiration can be build up. In the time of lock-down I read different articles so
that to intensify my knowledge and career embellishment. This is the major reason that the time of lock-down regarded
as gaining different insight which were not focused at earlier stages. At last as I analysed that I am weak in decision
making and analytical skills so I used lock-down as the most suitable time to work on these and acquire knowledge as
well. I joined various programs so that I can enhance my CV and its elements as well. This will help me to get better job
opportunities and career enlightenment as well.
