Summary
Employability is main skill for individual as it develop the knowledge and skills of a person in the field of employment and
getting the job opportunities. If an individual is enough capable to handle the activities and organizational complexities
then it will be good chance for organization to increase the performance and profitability. To become a good employer
and employees there is required to show their talent and qualities which can help to create value and develop the good
performance. I was a student of London University where I get registered to complete my courses in relation to
completing graduation and getting the good employment opportunities. I learnt a lot from my tutor while taking the
classes. While studying I focused on 10 Appendix that supported me to increase own skills in changing working
environment and how to remember all information. The course about PSKC Module which is most important for student to
get it learn as it develop the personal skills and insights. First appendix is about photos and samples of work produced in
the PSKC class that shows how it increases the learning skills and keep remember all informations. In second appendix I
increased my knowledge about personal strength, weakness, opportunities, and threat by conducting SWOT analysis.
The third module covered understanding about personal development plan where I being improved in my skills which are
weak, appendix forth is about reading log which increased insight about job hunting that is the way of getting job chances
through various form and portals. The another module is also about Job hunting that involves other sources of identifying
jobs and managing the skills. The eight module is about academic resources that helps to increase insight about how
resources are uses by individual and increase the performance. The ninth module is about job description and person
specification which uses by individual person to show their talent, qualification as well as achievement that helps
employer to recruit the right employees for right position. This study helps to increase the organizational performance and
profitability by hiring the right employee and managing the all activities. The tenth appendix about Blog that involves new
features of MS word that helps to maintain the good performance and increase understanding how to manage the all
workings and activities.

Therefore, this study have increased the understanding of me about how to get the good employability skills and
managing the changes if any activity is required to take. The above discussed module supported me to manage the all
workings of organization as I improved my skills and knowledge in particular area. This will surely provide me good
opportunity and chance to maintain good workings.

Photos
While studying in London University and taking the classes about
PSKC module I learnt about importance of photos which is
increasing the insights of individual regarding particular topics. I
personally analysed that to make the understand the people in
easy way should be use photos which developed my skills in how
to make understand the people easily. This is the part of learning
which I can use to make the easy working to complex situation and
study. This Appendix helped me to increase the knowledge about
photos in study.
Sample
In learning phase I studied that samples are also needed for work
production activities. For instance I would work in any organization as
having responsibility to increase sales and profitability by customer
satisfaction then I requires to focus on samples which can help to make
good understandings. Samples are showing the actual quality and
quantity of a product which are providing by organization. In improved
my knowledge in this area as whenever I will go to get product then will
demand for sample to check quality and as a employer would provide
this that could help to increase the number of customers.
