INTRODUCTION
When an individual is involved in attending lectures then this will implicate themselves
in enhancing knowledge and intensifying various skills so that they can develop their future
requirements. With the help of learning process learner may get various opportunities to perform
their jobs in specific manner so that they can mitigate challenges of future and attain success in
future as well (Kassymova and et. al., 2019)(. The present report is associated with making of
critical reflection of how a person is developed as learner so they can reach to become successful
person by dealing with various challenges and expectations as well.
TASK 1
How a person developed as a learner
In today's competitive environment for getting success an individual is required to
develop their skills in continual manner. When an individual is engaged in taking learning
classes for certain subject then this will directly implicate in developing their knowledge level.
Being a learner I have taken admission in university in which I tried to enhance my
communication and creativity skills. Communication skill is regarded as one of the significant
and vital aspect in which instructor is focused over intensifying speaking and listening
competencies of learners. In the context of gaining knowledge regarding professional
communication teachers are requisite to put their emphasis over presentation of certain theory.
They are also associated with description of such aspects in which learner may develop their
skills of public speaking. Therefore by enrolling in this course I understood role of public
speaking in order to enhance such personal qualities. This is helpful in developing behavioural
aspects so that I can manage different situation in effective manner. For the major purpose of
enhancing communication skills I have undertaken various activities so that I can develop such
skills in appropriate manner. I have played various role plays as these were assigned by learner
in which I was instructed to perform in professional manner. This could be helping for me to
enhance my communication skills in impactful manner.
Thus these group activities impacted on my skills in positive manner so that I was able to
inhale various learning abilities. Besides the communication skills during the course of
foundation I worked over my writing skills. In this manner teachers gave various lessons in
relation to improving grammatical errors and methods of sentence framing. The teachers also

developed some basic parts and aspects which are required to ascertain writing skills so that I can
develop my skill of sentence framing in proper manner. This course is associated with reduction
of grammatical errors, capital and other punctuation marks in which I can develop my writing
skills in appropriate manner. In addition to this under this training I understood regarding various
tenses and their implication over sentence framing. This is helpful for me to develop m writing
and reading skills in appropriate manner (Benson, 2018).
In order to work in an organisation a person is required to develop their creativity so that
sharpness can be increased within learner. In this aspect university lectures made me understand
regarding digital technologies and various other aspects which could be helpful in gaining
differentiated knowledge. With the help of prominent presentations skills a analysed that while
preparing power point presentation, creativity is the major aspect which is required so that within
an organisation various presentations can be succeeded. This is showcasing stages of family
background and other issues which are associated with certain shortcoming. The major purpose
of managing these challenges are associated with holding a good position in near future.
TASK 2
Approaches for future challenges and expectations
After completing the course in university I have gained knowledge regarding personal
and professional learning. Under this context some skills like communication, working ethics,
flexibility, determination are the major abilities which would be helpful for me to make decisions
in appropriate manner along with managing conflicts within an organisation in which I will be
working. Thus these abilities would make me able to handle complex situation in workplace in
prominent manner. By this I can generate such abilities so that better efficacies can be attained
which will implicate in my job role in prominent manner (Paul and Elder, 2019). During these
courses I developed such managerial skills due to which I am able to face future challenges in
appropriate manner. For instance when a company is willing to inhale some modifications so
under this condition leadership plays significant role in order to motivate employees and
encouraging them to adopt change in prominent manner. Under this situation I can tell others
regarding advantage and disadvantage during such time of modifications. This would be helpful
in supporting business objectives in such a manner that all the activities can be aligned with this.

Along with this some personal skills were also learned by me during courses in university
which helped me to manage various tasks at workplace in effective manner. Teachers have
taught me regarding essentialism of ethical behaviour in real life context. They have made me
understand regarding developing relationship with other and importance of strong relationship
with others. Under this process I am able to get an opportunity regarding managing teams in such
a way that common goals and objective within an organisation can be attained. Furthermore,
within classroom educators performed various life time event so that this would be helpful in
taking such decisions which would implicate in undertaking such benefits in terms of
maximising organisational productivity (O’Meara and Jaeger, 2019). Thus these activities I got
opportunities to take such decisions which would be helpful in gaining benefits in respect of
employees and employers. I have also get to know regarding the manner in which a person can
become successful leader.
CONCLUSION
From the above report this can be concluded that for an individual this is highly essential
that skills and knowledge of an individual is required to be managed. In this aspect various
learning classes are required to be undertaken so that professionalism can be enhanced within an
individual. This could be helpful in gaining knowledge in relation to some particular topic so that
through higher creativity skills can be enhanced. These skills would be helpful in gaining
proficiency in career in better way.
