INTRODUCTION There has to be a high knowledge and skills in an individual so that they can function effectively and efficiently in an organization. There are the right skills of handingsituationsandcreativityinindividualstofunctionandmaketheteam understand the importance of the operations as well. There has to be a strong communication which is going to help the organization have a better functioning. The report is going to consist of a career in human resource department and holds a brief description of ideal job, job specification and person specification. MAIN BODY Ideal Job There has to be an interest of individual in that field so that there is a perfect match and potential in the growth of the personal professionally which is a very essential factor. There has to be a professional and well developed plan for the individual so that they can achieve their goals and objectives on time (Currie and James-Reynolds, 2017). The ideal job which the individual is looking for is human resource department which deals with training and monitoring the employees which is a high keen interest of mine. According to the qualification this is a great factor for me to improve and increase my interest in so that there is a better functioning and a growth of myself in this field. There is a interest in me that I like to invest my time in monitoring and leading the people in the right direction and it is going to be very advantageous for organizations which are functioning in the market. The competition in the market is increasing which needs to be controlled by the department so that there is a better functioning of the company in the market and the demand and expectations of the customers are being matched from time to time. There are a various digital organizations in the market which would like to hire a person like me because I had a plan with me to get my ideal job (Orr and Shreeve, 2017). There is a lot of experience which I am having in the industry of digitalization which has to be maintained. I have a flexible mind set which is giving me an advantage professionally because there are a lot of changes and it is very important for the human resource to be able to accept them so that there is a better functioning of the organization. There
are a lot of internships I did and a lot of working experience in this field which is going to help me gain the right measures and attention from the organizations. This is a strong factor and concern I have for me which is going to help me grow in the market which is having a lot of competition in the market. Job Specification Job Designation:Human resource executive Reporting to:Human resource manager Timing:Have to complete 54 hours of working and there is flexibility in the working hours. Qualification: ď‚·Having a bachelor degree in business studies. ď‚·Masters in human resource. ď‚·Trained employees before with a lot of experience in this field so that there is a strong motivation and handling of around 300 employees every day. Hard Skills: ď‚·There should be a skill of good communication skill in the candidate so that there is a better functioning. Communication gets in a sense of direction which is a very essential factor and functioning for the organization. This is going to help the organization to get in higher profit margins and higher market shares. ď‚·There should be experience and efficiency of the candidate in data analysis and projectmanagementbecausethey havetomonitorandcontrolthe functioning of the organization (Wulf, 2016).
