INTRODUCTION When various lectures are attended by individual then their level of knowledge get increased due to which they make a path of developing their academic skills. Through the process of academic development, opportunities over varied filed can be occupied and future challenges can be faced in easy manner and success opportunities can be inhaled. This report is involved with critical reflection by which ways are described that can be used by learner to develop their knowledge. Besides this these approaches can be helpful in meeting future challenges and expectations . TASK 1 How a person developed as a learner In the world of competition, for attaining success own skills are required to be developed in continuous manner. In learning classes of various field learning abilities can be developed through which knowledge level can be amplified. As a leaner I have undergone classes in well known organisation which is BUKS university. The course which I opted is foundation in knowledge and creativity(August and Shanahan, 2017). Communication skills are taken as the most extensive part of this university in which whole the instructors are dedicated to enhance speaking and listening abilities of students. In this reference professors are generally focused on delivering theories in professional development courses. Besides this teachers are explaining regarding public speaking and corporate speaking abilities and tactics related to the same. So by registering over this concept of study real life experience can be attained by learner in respect of speaking abilities. This helps the learner to communicate in such a manner that behaviour can be moulded at varied situation. For the major purpose of enhancing communication skills, teachers are performing various activities. For instance, Teachers are creating real life scenarios in which varied roles are given to individual and they are required to perform in professional manner along with performing their assigned role. This helped me in making my communication skills more effective(Sense and et. al., 2016). These activities draws effective role in enhancing learning and communication abilities. Besides communication skills during my foundation course I emphasised on my writing skills. Under this tutor gave various lesson regarding enhancement of writing skills along with grammatical errors rectification. Along with this some of the basic requisite concepts were also
undertaken and these concepts are essential in order to complete a sentence without prominent error. This involves punctuation knowledge, grammar, apostrophes and many more. Along with this knowledge regarding past,, present and future tenses were also given by teachers and these helped in developing my writing skills and reading skills in significant manner(Donohoo, 2016). On the other hand, in order to create sharpness learner is required to be creative. In this context, lectures of BUKS university are using digital technologies through which they are making learning process more effective and prominent. By making attractive power point presentationsIenhancedmycreativityanddevelopedknowledgeregardingworkingin renowned organisation. This shows stages of life for various entrepreneurs and regarding their family background and experiences and various aspects.The major objective behind this is to encourage us in order to make an effective path within difficult challenges and finding out ways to overcome from them in effective manner. This aspect is motivating me in order to become a successful person and to attain prominent position within large organisation. TASK 2 Approaches for future challenges and expectations After completion of foundation course in BUKS university I have undertaken varied understanding regarding personal and professional learning. I worked on various skills such as technical skills, working ethics, flexibility, determination, creativeness and many more. Besides this various personal elements were also enhanced such as working under pressure, decision framing skills, resolution of conflicts, motivation, adaptiveness and many more. So these abilities are helpful for me to enhance my saturation point and will help me to deal with varied operations in appropriate manner(Dosovitskiy and Koltun, 2016). These activities are generating creativity in my working thorugh I can provide appropriate solution to the business in their faced problem that is having positive implications over overall effectiveness. Management and leadership capabilities are helping me to face future challenges and to deal with different situation in effective manner. For instance, If the companies are willing to inhale varied modifications in their process in order to enhance business performance then leadership skills could be helpful in motivating employees so that changes can be adopted by them in early manner. In this situation, advantages and disadvantages of such changes are required to be communicated. This may help

CONCLUSION From the above report this can be concluded that for every individual developing their skills and capabilities are one of the crucial task which is required to be undertaken in continuous manner so as to deal with success opportunities. Under this purpose varied learning classes are undertaken by a learner through which academic and professional skills can be enhanced. This is helpful in accomplishing knowledge regarding creativity and effectiveness. Besides this personal andprofessionalcapabilitiesarealsorequiredtoemphasisedthroughwhicheffective opportunities for enlightening career can be grabbed.
