l壱INTRODUCTION l弐How I have enhanced as a learner By learning about WHO, I have developed not only a an outstanding thinker, but also as a exceptional leader. However, I have learned about how to work towards the improvement of health of all the citizens residing worldwide and such abilities have trained me in a way so that I'll be able to feel the world primarily based on experience and statement, and to make essential properly-knowledgeable decisions about the health coverages of the people (Tomkins, and Ulus.2016). Further, I have acquired self assurance and the ability to learn from mistakes as they build a success and effective lives. However, I have enhanced by learning skills in WHO which is analysed through Kolb's theory of learning. In have observed that learning is the system whereby know-how is developed through the alteration of experience. Further, gaining knowledge of entails the acquiring of abstract ideas that can be carried out flexibly in a number of situations. In the learning process , the impulsion for the development of recent standards is furnished by new studies which I have learned in WHO. However,Kolb's theory is generally represented by a 4-stage cycle wherein I have learned about various different roles and responsibilities of WHO: Concrete experience: Kolb's cycle of learning initiates with a concrete experience which means in this stage I have begin with doing a task which was assigned to me by the WHO like technical changes or sustainable changes in the environment etc,and through which I have experience that I was good in making the changes and forming proper management of the organisation (Kolb's Learning Styles and Experiential Learning Cycle2017). Reflective observation:At this stage I have asked number of questions regarding how the work of WHO is to be carried out and it have opened many communication channels for me like verbal sessions in which I have to improve which eventually developed my communication skills. Abstract Conceptualisation: At this stage I have learned to compare what I have learned from WHO management with the skills which I already possess and simultaneously I have learned about the policy of reducing unhealthy diets and influences of creating awareness about the health components from the seniors of WHO.
Active experimentation: At this stage of Kolb's I have implemented the policies and procedures which I have learned from the seniors of WHO like I have made people aware about the junk food which are hazardous to their health similarly I have made them aware about health policies which are available for them to enhance their living style. l弐Why I enhanced as a student at university From the above learning experience at New Usd University I have learned about the WHO policies, economic surrounding and may other domains which helped me to develop my abilities to manage things properly. Further, I want to learn about the business management strategies because through that tactics I'll be able to develop a team which can help me to accomplish my goals of business (Dixon.2017). Moreover, I have learned about the political economy because with the help of that I'll be able to observe the surrounding of economy that will help me to manage the political threats for my business. On the flip side, at New Usd University I have develop as a learner at WHO by learning about the various management techniques because through that I'll be able to manage the availability and scarcity of resources which are required in my business and further with the help of management tactics I'll be capable to manage the expenses and earning of the business. Moreover , I have observed that I wasn't good at communication skills so I want to improve my skills through taking training sessions from my mentors. l弐Reflection as a university learner Through the in-dept investigation of planet adversity as a university learner I have developed many skills and intellectual capabilities that will further assist me for operating my business worldwide. Moreover, at university I have develop the skills of how to manage time and complete all the required projects and targets on given deadline with an effective result (Schultz, McEwen, and Griffiths.2016). Further, I have developed my organizational skills by learning how to manage work in the pressure environment and manage to accomplish all the tasks in that environment without any negative results. On the flip side, from the above studies I have observes that I am good at managing the changes which are required by the organization so keeping in mind such factor I will enhance more skills of managing the work of an organization through which I'll be able to administer the work of my business activities.

l弐Approach to handle future challenges From the above learning I have observed that here are various types of challenges that I as a learner have to experience in future like: Self Monitoring: As a learner at university I have developed the skill of self monitoring which will be a challenge for me to implement that skill in my future activities like paying proper attention to the operations of the business, completing the tasks on time, meeting all the problems and finding solutions to resolve them. Self-reinforcement: As learner ,I have enhances the skill of how to achieve the pre- decided targets , thus, this is the challenge which I need face in future by achieving the milestone which I have decided to reach within the decided timeline (Weckowska.2015). Persuasion: As a learner, persuasion can be a challenge for me as through this skill I'll be able to manage my day to day meeting of the business activities and I'll be able to influence the employees to accomplish the goals of the business through effective discussion capability. l弐Meet expectation as a learner at the university As a learner I have experience that there are certain expectations which I need to fulfill by working in the WHO as a university learner. Commitment : As a learner, my expectation is to reach the objectives by setting the deadline and performing the tasks with the best possible manner through will I'll able to give my whole commitment towards my business and to my living existence (Illeris.2018). Confidence: As a learner at university is to develop the confidence level so that i'll be able to manage the activities of employees and the company with self confidence. Thus, through various strategies and tactics I'll be able to manage the business and team operations smartly and confidently. l壱CONCLUSION This project briefly summarizes about the How as a learner of university I have enhanced as a my learning skills at WHO which is analyzed through Kolb's learning model. Moreover , the report have outlines about why I have enhances the skill of self discipline, time-management, persuasion etc. Eventually,the assignment will highlight about the future challenges that I have expected to meet and develop more learning skills.
