HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?
INTRODUCTION
The employees are important for the organisation and they will help in improving the performance (Rhee and Choi, 2017). The employees should have
communication skills and they should focus on the personal development to increase the quality of work. The organisation should help the employees because
they will attract customers. There are many methods to improve the performance and the employees should understand the needs. The organisations should
monitor the performance of the employees and analyse the methods which will help in giving good products. The report includes reflective summary to explain
how to improve the development of employability.
Reflective summary
The organisations have employees that have different skills and they will help in increasing performance. I have learned that they knowledge is
important for the organisation because the employees will perform better when they have the studies that are connected with the needs. The employees are
important for the organisation and they will help in giving good products. There are many methods to help the students increase the knowledge and they will
increase the quality when the understand the studies. I have increased the skills and understanding the studies better which is helping me in choosing the career.
The importance of the studies is that they are helping in increasing the knowledge of the students. The teachers will have to explain different things and they
will help in increasing communication in students. The employees should have different skills and they will help the organisation in monitoring the
performance. The students should have to analyse the performance and they will increase the knowledge and the teachers can help in learning. I have increased
the quality of work by better performance and selecting the career that will help me in achieving what I want. The students will study to increase the skills.
Explain the importance of 10 Appendix in the portfolio.
The students have to understand different factor that are important and the 10 Appendix will help in My Personal SWOT Analysis, My Personal

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that the organisations are having many employees and they will help the employees in improving the performance.
The employees of the organisation are giving good products to customers because they are helping them in achieving the needs. The organisations want to
attract customers and this will be achieved by employees because they are connected and understand the important of quality products. The employees should
have skills that are important for the organisation.
