HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
Reflective process is defined as the four-stage cycle and it is used for managing different learning style that is considered with concrete experience, reflective
observation related with new experience for performing all work with decided approaches. There are different task performed by management and it is used to
complete all work by analysing perspective that are used to improve and enhance learning performance with understand about all models and this aids towards
learn and understand of work through which task is managed with digital technologies. Social network and devices perform an important role through which
work is managed with social networks. This is also important for persons that work is divided according to professional task as it relates with internet platforms.
Professional task is managed and controlled through used of professional task that aids towards improvement of managing ways and identifying new ideas
through which work and action is engaged according to new concept and ideas. Power-point programme by which task are managed and controlled according to
decided class. In last, with understand of facts and sources persons are able in completion of task with decided model of reflection. It also refers that question is

with decided steps. Time planning is an important perspective for me and this is used for completion of all work according to decided
time period. In the present scenario, Covid-19 results that persons are not able in completion of their work with understand and
analyse of country and industry perspective. Along with this the major impact define that persons face challenges to complete work
in decided manner. It aids in completion of task through decided perspective and it helps parties for considering work perspective but
due to difference in rules as per lock-down in all world generate long term challenges for business in completing work according to
decided objectives. It results that communication is breach among all parties due to which work is not performed in an accurate
manner to manage task which create problems for overcome from losses. Therefore, I study the past years data and information and
the requirements among an individual to enter in market or industry. Along with this another field or sectors are also analysed for
understanding scope among other sectors. It also aids me in understanding different sectors through which I am able to develop some
common skills such as communication and leadership skills are essential for all industries.

aids in formulating groups through which formal and informal groups both are generated. So the more person is focused
towards learning approach that is used to learn and adopt information in an organised manner.
 Communication network- With design of an appropriate communication pattern it is identified that individual and groups
both learn through the use of proper interaction and communication techniques. This aids persons in managing and
developing fair and transparent method to interact or communicate with individuals in proper manner.
 Getting organised to study- With getting organised it is important for me to complete all task by motive of organising task.
This is used by me to make constant perspective by which work is completed with importance of developing better network
to manage system.
 Effective reading- With the reading aspects it is easy for an individual to gather better information and it is used in

and then do the job. At a same time there are different job exists but lack of skills and capabilities generate gaps between employer and employee. Moreover,
according to global search most of the jobs will be automated in the upcoming future. So it is important that individual focus on ways and methods that
improves market share. Soft skills this is one of the most appropriate method and it is used in completion of task through developing social and emotional
