Introduction
Throughout this Portfolio and Reflective summary, I would like to show you my twelve pieces of
evidence that helps me understand how Time management works, how to create a
development plan also, how to write CV and cover letter. Writing my Reflective summary about
How and why mini project workshop contributed towards the development of my employability
makes me feel confident and more open to reach my goal.
1. How and why have the mini project workshops contributed towards the
development of your employability?
Having a chance to be part of the mini project workshop helps me gain important
experiences which gave me skills to understand my learning. The whole project
helps me develop number of skills that will benefit me in my future. Skills like
teamwork, being organised, communications skills, numeracy skills, presentation
skills make me feel more valuable as an individual but also as being a part of the
team.
Career Development Plan helps me understand what I am good at and what I need
to improve to reach my goal in the future. Writing skills information, about how to
write CV and Cover letter helps me improve and change my CV and Cover Letter to
the highest standard.
The mini project workshop makes me work in a collaborative manner to achieve
positive outcomes out of the task and activities. Also, helps me get over my
weaknesses and fear that I had when I need to do a presentation in front of a group
of people.
Working in a group of 4 doing our presentation helps me develop better
communication skills, writing skills and learn to listen to other group members ideas.
By doing our presentation I discover that I developed leadership skills and I am
particularly good at them. Helps me lead my group through our presentation to have
positive outcome and pass our exam.

I am a hard-working person who enjoys being part of a team, but I also can work on my own.
Timekeeping is important to me, as is communication and teamwork. I thrive in a fast-paced
demanding environment and have great attention to detail.
Employment History:
DHL NHS Supply Chain / UNIPART Logistics – Rugby
Warehouse operative

 Trained in all warehouse operations.
In my time at UNIPART, I have been trained in all areas of warehousing, goods in, picking, picking on
M.H.E., marshalling and dispatching the final product to an extremely high standard. I also have been
trained in the admin position on Goods in and Picking where I use MS Office (Excel, Word). I have
worked as a Step up for CDT (Cross Depot Transfer) and Loading area which includes handovers,
briefs, and every 2 hours meetings.

January 2015- May 2016 - FLT Driver
My main duties were FLT Driver, Goods In, Goods Out. From May 2016 I was given training for the
role of Team Leader. Once I passed my exams, I took the role of Team Leader.
