INTRODUCTION
Development of employability skills is very necessary as well as important task to a
person for gaining very higher success in the market place. Basically, when a person has
different employability skills in proper ways, then that person will gain very positive outcomes
in market place (Posteland Sobel, 2019). For example; currently communication, problems-
solving, decision-making, team work etc. skills are considered as the key employability skills
and abilities, in which a learner or individual have to focus on developing these all skills and
abilities for gaining very positive outcomes in market place. A reflection on different
employability skills has been included below. Role of these skills in developing personality and
professionalism also has been discussed in this reflection.

Impact of Module Activities on Employability Skills
Classroom activities have a huge impact on the growth and development of students.
These activities enable the students to explore more knowledge using their skills and listening
and watching other student’s participation helps in the growth of individual. Basically, classroom
activities are the wide range of skill-based interactive activities which has supported me in the
educational development. Classroom activities such as presentations, reading blog, group
presentations, Photoblog, etc. have enhanced my understanding, skills and effectiveness by
engaging me in different styles of learning and helped me in gaining confidence and the ability to
think critically (Wu, Wu and Li, 2019). These activities have not only help me with relationship
of input and output during the speaking process, but also has mobilized my interaction with the
other students and teacher. Through the help of these activities, I have gained the knowledge of
various subjects in a practical and innovative manner which has been easy in remembering in
comparison to just reading and listening to teacher. I have not only gained confidence to
represent myself in presentations, debates and extempore or showing my piece of writing but has
developed the sense of working in team and how to understand each other’s point of view and
successfully achieving the good marks. It has great impact on my decision-making skills, as now
I listen to every member’s thoughts and ideas and provide my valuable suggestions. Classroom

activities have improved the level of engagement in the students and which has helped me to
make more friends and take their qualities. Overall, these activities has made me better student
and contributed in my overall growth.
