2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why
they contributed towards the development of yoursocial and ethical awareness and responsibility.(500
words)
Social responsibility and ethical awareness are very important for students nowadays in this modern and globalized era. The way
people are living their lives and the way it has become very challenging and dynamic to educate people about their social responsibility. Social
responsibility and ethical awareness has become a vital part in the path of success and the organization must display their wider interest in social
issues so that they can attract customers who have same values and will also have an impact on the profit margins of the organization (Doganis

there is a balance between welfare of environment and society and economic growth. Social responsibility is dependent upon the system of
ethics in which ethically validated actions and decisions must proceed. On the other hand if the actions and decision are not ethically validated or
are causing any type of harm then it will be considered as social irresponsibility. It is important to each and every organization to make sure that
their actions and decisions are not doing any harm to the society in any form ( Le Fevre, D., Meyer, F. and Bendikson, L., 2020. ). Maintaining
social responsibility in organization make sure that social integrity is maintained and environment is protected. When organization overlook the
social responsibility for their personal gain or some materialistic profits, that is the time when government has to intervene. Corporate social
responsibility activities helps the organization to increase their goodwill in the market and to capture and attract more potential customers. It
