INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success is the very important and effective part of the student life because
this help to get higher growth in their life. It is an interactive web learning tool for the
international students who are getting ready to come in UK for continue study in further or the
higher education. It contains learning resource which are activity based in the effective manner.
The present essay is based on reflective essay which will reflect on the different skills and
knowledge as well as reflection on its learning.

The success is all about means doing the best you can with best impacts at workplace and
at university. It is perseverance in the face of challenges likes rising occasion, pulling through
when time are thoughts (Adler, Rodman and Du Pré, 2016). This is very important for success.
The main purpose is point at which talents skills, abilities and gifts intersect with void and the
need in the world. This essay is based on the topic preparing for success at university: knowledge
and creativity. This is very important and effective for the business and for my future growth.
I have learned various thinks and knowledge with university because this provides
various skills and knowledge which has supportive for me in my future. The skills include which
are different from me to learn. The communication skills is most important and effective for
success. I have to develop this skill in me because this is foremost skill to understand views and
ideas of others throughout communicating this. Skills are very important for achieving great
success at university in proper manner (Burgoon, Guerrero and Floyd, 2016). The learning skills
are more important for life long because one have is broad and diverse pays to develop them
constantly. My learning style is visual and read. Through that I have learn various skills which
are communication by reading and leadership skill or another by using visualization.
Reading strategy I have learned in OBC because this is very important for me to read
proper and effective. This strategy improve my decoding and reading skills. This creates various
opportunity to talk about their reading subject. Learned various skills like communication, time
management, leadership and critical thinking style at working place. Through that my
presentation skills are more developed because this helped me out for freely speaking in front of
public with proper time management (Gropp, 2018). Importance of listening was very effective
that had provided me proper notes about the work and its benefits by creating great opportunities.

I am the independent leaner and pragmatic learner. This provides me proper attention to the
strength. Independent learner is best because in that having free to learn and gather knowledge
and information about the work in effective manner. On the other side, pragmatic learner
includes practical, logical and systematic knowledge. Through that I have learned time
management and critical thinking for solving any critical case. This is very important to have
practical knowledge because this has a clear evidence for work is in the effective manner
(McLoughlin, 2018). This provides comfortable for following rules and regulations in proper
which has completely related with university knowledge and creativity at workplace.
The reflection is the change direction of a wave front at an interface between two
different media so that the wave front returns into the various medium in respective manner. This
is very important to thinks about what have been collected and now what is important to learn
about the thinks and skills. This is complete different from others thinking because this gave
proper knowledge of self with uses of proper requirements. I have learned various thinking in the
past for collecting knowledge and skills in the University (Mejia, Rodriguez and Johnson, 2016).
I have different approaches to learning before joining the Bucks new University foundation
degree at OBC like thinking skill was must effective because this helped me out for analysing
about work and selection of college. Other was communication skills, this has also effective for
transferring my ideas and information related to work with others. In the present I have learned
professional communication within the workplace.
Self management skills was very important if I don't have self management skills then
how can I manage my work with collaboration to others. This helped me out for learning time
management skills at university. Research skill was another skill which helped for gathering
proper knowledge and information about work in proper by searching college and gathering
information. The leaning at OBC college was very best and effective. This had provided me
various great thinking for work and its systematic growth. I feel very great because I have
learned various thinkings at this college at workplace in effective manner. I have improves
various thinking at the workplace OBC because that had providing other and higher level skills
for my future growth (Rutledge and et.al., 2018). This carries positive environment and
atmosphere which keep motivated me as a learner.
I have thought effective and valuable for developing my future through improve my
skills. Here, I learn various skills in the professional manner. This provide me proper

professionalism in the future. This is effective and valuable for me to learn about great thinking
and progress in effective manner. The present skills are completely differed from past skills
because here learning is about professionalism in effective manner through using proper styles.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it had been concluded that the preparing for success has very
important and effective part of life because this has provided various thinking about future
growth. This has been covered by the various skills like communication, thinking and
professional skill which had been completely effective for future growth. After joining OBC,
learned various skills which had covered in professionalism. This had been various important
and effective for the business and future practices.
