HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
The ten enclosed artefacts has directly support me in the development of my employability skills in an effective manner. By the assistance of
swot analysis I am able to gain knowledge about my strength and weaknesses along with the opportunities available for me to gain higher
growth and success. In addition to this, it also help me to know about the threats present in this competitive business environment due to which
an effective strategies developed by me for dealing with my threats. It is analysed by me that my communication skills is good and is strength
for me but on the other hand my problem solving skills is not good which is a weakness. It is analysed by me that it is important for a person to
conduct its personal SWOT analysis in order to know about strength and weakness is. The next artefacts that has undertaken was personal
development plan that help me to know my skills and the area where I lack and need to improve. The personal development plan assist me in
the development of my employability skills by analysis as well as improvement in various skills. Another artefacts is reading log that help me to
gain knowledge about the sources available where and how it help me to gain knowledge and information according to my requirements. It is
analysed by me that reading logs has assist in easily gaining materials available to enhance knowledge and understanding on the particular
topic and about various sources such as indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms where I can apply for the job and interact with the people
that raised the chance of getting recruited. It is one of the important step towards enhancement and development of employability as the
resources are available with benefits and limitations that further help in taking right and effective decision.
Along with this, the next artefact that has supported in the development of employability is the academic sources available. It is analysed by
me that academic sources assist in understanding the number of e-learning platforms available for improving knowledge and data about
particular topic. Along with this, too effectively gain knowledge regarding employability and the examples of job specification and job
description is also used in this artefacts Moreover, by the assistance of these artefacts I have learned about how to prepare for the future job
market and to grab various opportunities available within the future job market which is highlighted in this report. It is determined by me that
social media is one of the effective resource for job hunting as with increasing user of social media it allow both recruiter as well as job seeker
to directly connect with each other with the help of various platforms. There are various books available on the Google that is easily to read
and access. It help me to gain knowledge and improve my skills in an effective manner. With the help of this artefacts, I am able to learn how
to prepare job description and job specification that is important for employee ability. In the last, it help me to know about how to prepare for
the future job market as it is analysed that the use of technology is directly impacting each and every person. Furthermore, all these artefacts
help me to gain opportunities and support in the development of my employability.
