Dictate Function Dictate function are word function which works by taking the audio from the computer system thorough the
microphone and converts in the form of text. This generally converts the speech into the text form by using the
microphone and with proper internet connection.
Immersive Reader This is being regarded as the tool which helps in reading with fluency of the compressions.
It is state which is used for increasing reading for the content and also improved as writing of various individuals regardless of
the age (Iniesta, Paolieri, Serrano and Bajo, 2021).
Editor This feature in the ms word mainly underlines the errors and the issues being found by the word it also takes the
suggestions form the users in order to accept or ignore the changes to be implemented regarding the suggestions

HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?
Employability skills are those which aids in developing various abilities which helps students in gaining the success in future course of life and
grasping various career opportunists. For developing skills and various abilities by the students various strategies must be adopted in order to
enhance future career options. This course has helped in developing University students for achieving success in future course of action and
aids in developing while acquiring various employability skills which results new adopting opportunities for better career and professional life.
Furthermore, modules generally consisted of 10 artefacts which aids in developing various employability skills and better understanding
about this module. This is the reflection portfolio of me which describes understanding and knowledge about these 10 artefacts. Firstly, I have
discussed about the features of word which helps in performing the work better and easier on the word (Alharahsheh and Pius, 2021). Also
by addressing swot analysis has helped In analysing strengths, weakness, opportunities which can be grabbed for developing knowledge and
skills also various threats which can be occurred in future while seeking for various jobs for developing better career.
As by identifying various weaknesses has helped me in designing the development plan which assist in providing various support resources
which aids in identifying the time criteria will must be acquired for learning the writing, researching and time management skills ( Scott, and
et.al ., 2019). Also by studying the blog which has provided the understanding for career planning during lock down which gives guidelines for
developing various employability skills which are necessary in order to develop better career planning during the time of covid this has aids in
learning the presentation skill which enhances commutation with various individuals. Moreover, various academic resources has helped me
in guiding and assisting in various problems being occurred during the academics. These resources provide various alternatives and
solutions to solve the issues (Balogun, 2022). The most preferable and best resource are the course work and e library which will guide and
aids in providing plenty of knowledge for completing assignments and work on time.
Also my favourite graduate attributes are leadership, ethical and social concerns, communication, creativity has helped me in solving various
problems and provides creative ideas for efficiently performing assignment. By referring to the examples of the job description and personal
specification aids in finding the right job with the acquired abilities and skills which I have. Furthermore, this module also helped in preparing
