Reflection of contents of CV
It is a detailed document highlighting person academic and professional history that help
to present their skills and key knowledge in front of recruiters. It is really very important to
include all the information individual have within CV, because it aid a person to show their
abilities in front of employers and make them able to present short summary about themselves.
Within CV or resume, applicants have mentioned all their skill which they had developed earlier,
to grab the best employment opportunities. In previous portfolio, candidates have updated their
CV with skill they have developed like communication, effective decision taking etc. Individual
had developed all the skills which have been mentioned in above CV because it is quite essential
and beneficial for their professional career growth. An applicant had mentioned its hobbies and
all information related to them in CV format. By including all data in CV a person can impress
employers and recruiters, which is quite essential for him or her. This document is important and
valuable because it is first and only directs interaction with a potential employer within an
organization. It is the absolutely perfect for presenting overall capability of person.

What is employability?
This term refer to individual ability and capability which they can use to gain initial
employment, obtain new job opportunities, and maintain current one. It is all about being able of
keeping and obtaining fulfilling work (Williams and et.al., 2016). In simple term it is a set of
achievement, comprehending and skills as well as personal attributes that makes a graduate more
able to gain employment and be successful in their select occupations, which benefits workforce,
themselves and economy. Good communication, dependability or reliability, motivation,
patience, leadership, following instructions, innovation, creativity, team work, organizational
skills, commercial awareness, problem solving, flexibility and adaptability are included in list of
employability skills. All these elements are important and useful in context of modern
workplace. It is a measure of how effectively and easily new applicants can gain better
employment and achieve success in world of business. It can be said that employability, is not
just about obtaining a specific job, it is also about a wider set of attributes and competencies that

will make an person able to be successful throughout their professional life. It will helps of
achieve the best employment chance in today’s job market, which is very beneficial for
candidates.

Ideal job after graduation
After completing my education I would like to grab employment opportunity that related
to HR. I can say that after graduation my ideal job is Human resource manager, in which I am
highly interested.
Title- HR manager
Duties-
Human resource manager duty or role in a company is to plan, coordinate and direct
management functions in effective manner (Obedgiu, 2017). They play vital role in an
organization by hiring, selecting and interviewing of new applicant; consult with top executives
on strategic planning; and serve as a connection between a business’s administrations and their
applicants.
Expectations-
Function of HR is evolving, with changing ways of ventures. The expectation from an
applicant is also increased who wants to play role as Human resource manager in a firm.
Expectations of management for HR manager role are always related to skills, knowledge and
the most important element experience.
Accountabilities-
Responsibilities of human resource manager include creating and implementing HR
tactics and initiatives aligned with overall organizational strategy (Yusliza and et.al., 2019). It
also includes bridging management and workers relations by considering demands, needs,
grievances or other problems. HR manager is responsible for managing selection, recruitment

procedure and staff performance. Human resource manager is accountable to create and monitor
overall HR systems, process and system across the company.

I will search for my ideal job after graduation via using job searching tools like LinkedIn,
Naukri. com, Social media sites where many companies posting their unfilled vacancies,
LinkUp, Glass door, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Shapr etc.

LinkedIn The best thing about this tool is that is gives applicants
capability to show their profile, expertise, suggestions and
connections (Segado-Boj and et.al., 2019).
Naukri. com It allows a person to find desire job with a single click, which
saves their time and efforts.
Social media sites Advantage of this resource is that is reducing cost of
researching wider job market for appropriate job role.
LinkUp It permits applicants to know all personal and professional
details of recruiters.
Glass door This tool has millions of job listing that an applicant can
search for within short term period and apply directly via their
sites that save time.
Indeed It is one of the easiest and fastest application procedures
among online job search engines, which make person able to
get their best.
Zip Recruiter The benefit of this resource is that it gives an individual
capable to search jobs by location and keyword and they also
currently came with a new option names get recruited (Lee and
et.al., 2019).
Shapr Advantage of this tool is that it is accessible for every one
either Android or iOS users, it also intended to spark useful

and meaningful conversations with other highly professionals
in chosen field.

Journal or website article on employment
From chosen journal article based on employment, it has been summarized that
employability is about having effective ability in a person to gain initial job and obtain new
chances related to it when it required. It provides several benefits to an applicant who just
completed their education from well reputed institute (Focusing in on employability: using
content analysis to explore the employability discourse in UK and USA universities, 2017).
Furthermore, it has been identified that in USA and UK government suggestions and
interventions have directed the current employability agenda, which is quite beneficial for
freshers. By using varied different methods, researcher in this article gathers data about
employability and its benefits. In United Kingdom wide discourse is centred upon authority
policies or rules and targeted preparation for employment while in United State of America it is
stated upon institutional vision and social inclusion programme.
Current graduate’s point of views was found on initial finding of this article to validate
whether their knowledge and experiences corroborated with other recommendation
employability discourse claims. It provides appropriate insights about employability and key
information related to it. Furthermore, overall this article take out current discourse around topic
in higher education by contrasting and comparing condition in UK with that in another nation
that is USA.

All above skills are really very important for me and I need it for employability which makes me
capable to achieve better success. They are transferrable abilities that are useful in nearly every
role. They include development of a knowledge, expertise base or mindset that makes an person
more attractive to recruiters.
