Introduction There are three types of organization which is divided in to three sector such as public, private and voluntary sector. In public sector number of group are working together and make profit, in private organization gains special profit by running business activities and in voluntary sector number of people or trusty works collective for social welfare (Bromley and Orchard, 2016). The present report will emphasis on voluntary sector who works for public and provide them satisfaction. The report will contain public services which is provided by voluntary sector, difference and similarities between two organization.
Task 1 –P1 About third sector organization The third sector is fast growing sector of UK economy who works for social welfare and non profit organization The main aim of this sector is make feel good to public which help to share the social values, customer loyalty instead of shareholder profits. It contains charities, contribution, voluntary and community bodies for filling social objectives. The two organization such as Oxfam and the cancer research that is voluntary organization based on UK. Oxfam is organized by 20 independent charitable industry that focuses on remove the global poverty. It was founded in 1942 by Oxfam international. Oxfam is a non profit organization who works for poor people to lift them out of poverty.

To make efforts in order to remove the poverty:The trusty of Oxfam perform their duties in emergency situation like flood and drought at large scale. They make efforts to cope up with this critical situation and give satisfaction.

Cultural objects:The Cancer research organisation focuses on cultural objectives such as it follows the governmental policies and provides best guidance to people in order to prevent from Cancer that affect the human behaviour such as they get aware and make aware to others for be attentive from cancer.

D1 Impact of governmental reviews and reports in shaping the use of third sector The government build number of policies and regulation that impacts on business organisation. Every business enterprises need to take permission from government to run a business. The government research about business and check whether this enterprise will be beneficial for public or not. Such as Oxfam is third sector organisation who focuses on people needs and wants and try to remove the poverty. It follows policies and regulation which is governed by government in order to run a business. On the other side, the cancer research charitable organisation concentrates on research to find the solution of cancer and how it can save the people's life. To run this trust it is following government regulation which leads to development of country.
CONCLUSION From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that third sector such as voluntary sector is build for social welfare. It includes voluntary organisation who focuses on identifying the needs of people and make efforts to meet with them. Voluntary organisation are non profit organisation that run business for society in order to make feel them good. The main target of third sector is to provide the satisfaction to people and increase their living standary by providing number of services at free of cost or low cost.
