INTRODUCTION
 ShareIt which is new entrepreneurship organisation have been discussed in the
whole Power point presentation.
 It is the new venture which deals is e-commerce. The application and website is
being developed where buying and selling of goods taken place.
 The app is being categories in two parts that are for the sellers and buyers. The
presentation is going to cover the products and services served by the venture,
requirement of human resources, different risk involves and ways to remove the
risk.

Proposed business idea covering key details.
 'ShareIt' is the name given to the idea that will be used in the new
business start-up. As per this, a platform will be developed for C2C
commerce where clients can either buy or sell the products they wish to.
 The application will launched in various countries. Also, network will
be developed for orders and deliveries.
 This idea is very unique in its own and helped in gaining desired
business success.

Target Customers: Depending upon the three major business purposes, the
customers will also be targetted. This segregation is as follows:
People who want to buy any product which is not suable for the.
Individuals who wish to buy goods at comparatively lower prices that
market.
People interested in sustainability through rendering assistance in reducing
the use of resources in new product development.

 Scale of business: The scale of the selected business totally relies on the
customers.
 As ShareIt is a completely customer driven commerce thus, the scale
will be identified by the number of buyers and sellers that will be
attached.
 Initially, when there will be less sellers, scale of business will be
comparatively low.
 However, as the sellers will, raise buyers will automatically increase,
fostering the business size.

Opportunities available to ShareIt for the proposed business idea in context to
internal and external environment.
In order to manage the business functions effectively, it is crucial to determine
all those factors that can impact on it.
There exist a list of internal and external components that puts pressure in the
effective operating of businesses.
Similarly, the proposed idea of ShareIt also have influence because of some
micro and macro environmental factors.
Micro environment: This assessment helps in getting understanding of the
internal factors that can impact business value of an entity.

Industry environment: This is the most outer surrounding of a business that
influence on its functioning. In order to analyse the industry environment
of ShareIt, the tool is chosen to the Porter's five force generic model:
Threat of substitutes: The business is effective because of the uniqueness of
its idea. The basis of the business is thus very strong to be substituted.
Hence, the threat of substitution of ShareIt is very low.
Threat of new entrants: The whole business runs online with a very less
amount of investment in website development and managing tools which
makes The capital required in the chosen business is very low and thus,
there exist a high level threat of new entrants.

Macro environment: There exist some macro level factors that can affect the
business value of ShareIt. However, it should be noted that there are some
which can boost the performance of business. This analysis can be well
expressed with the help of PESTLE analysis.
PESTLE analysis of ShareIt:
Political Factors: It involves political instability, new policies, etc. In
context to ShareIt, the political factor that impacted the idea is Brexit
voting. This has resulted in the decrement in the number of customers.
This, in turn, reduce the consumer base. Further which will harm the
business effectiveness.

Human resource requirements by the ShareIt and different strategies
used by the venture from different human resource functions.
It has been analysed from the report that Human resource are the people who
work for the ShareIt, they are responsible for the different activities and
operations of the venture.
Human resources are the people who work for an organization in jobs that
produce the products or services of the business or organization. When it
comes to the entrepreneurship ShareIt.
Venture that strive to achieve and maintain competitive advantage and
superior performance may turn to their entrepreneurial roots as a source of
reinvention, revitalisation and growth.
To be a successful entrepreneurship ShareIt, human resource plays very
significant role. The report states that there are the biggest struggles that
comes in the business of the entrepreneur, but when they are having
employees, they can be able to handle different issues and problems.

awareness is significant in order to attract and retain customers. They need marketing people
who can create attracting marketing campaigns in order to promote their business. They need
people to advertise their business, select and create different marketing strategies such as

Increasing the skills and abilities of the workers is also another important task
of the human resource management. The ShareIt should identity the
training needs and wants of the employees and then organise different
training and development program so that employee can have effective
knowledge and understanding the work. Strategic training and positioning
helps in promoting the ShareIt objectives and goals.

Risk assessment with the identification of potential risks for the ShareIt
and proposed actions for risk elimination / mitigation.
The report communicates that Risk assessment is very significant for the
venture in order to find that what are the different internal and external risk
which can hamper the performance and productivity. With that it is
important for the venture because with the identification of risk they can
implement different strategies to reduce the risk. There are stages involved

idea to open their business. But there are different risk involved.
 Here, ShareIt application and website have been launched which is for the e-commerce.
For opening a business, venture need different human resource such as purchase employee,
marketing people etc.
