I have participated in various presentations but the most memorable presentation which I have
remembers the presentation on training and development in context of the development of the
employees in the organization. In order to make the presentation memorable, it is necessary to
maintain a straightforward approach. Make a powerful, unmistakable statement about your concept
and your beliefs. Make sure that topic is addressed and reinforced in every part of their messaging.
Don't make your speech overly complicated by always using facts and data. Your audience may
become distracted or confused if people provide too much information.

Choose a topic
For the presentation purpose, I have selected most practical topic, named “Training &
development” . It is determined that training is a method of improving an employee's knowledge and
abilities in order for them to do a certain job. It is analyzed that the acquisition of abilities that are
often required to accomplish a given profession. The primary goal of this presentation is to full fill
the goal which can affect positive changes in employees' knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
Question 3
Now think of three main points for the focus of your presentation.
In the presentation which is based on the “training and development” mainly focused on some skills
so that all the students and appropriately improve these skills to get the good job. The explanation
about these skills is as follows-

 Communication: Today's workforce is becoming more diverse, bringing with it a vast range
of languages and cultures.
 Computer abilities are already becoming increasingly important for performing
administrative and operational activities.
 Customer service: In order to meet market, it's more important than ever for staff to
understand and satisfy the demands of consumers. Variety training often involves
explanations of how people have varied perspectives, as well as tools for appreciating
diversity.

Write a conclusion for the presentation.
On the basis of this presentation, it is concluded that the primary concern of this training and
development of the presentation to improve the specific skills of the students like communication,
computer skills, customer services so that students can easily get a good job.

All these topics are most effective and also appropriate which can helpful to improve the efficiency

the development of the people in their day to day life.

Clean up Australia Day is a once-a-year event that takes place on the first Sunday in March.
On this day, thousands of communities, individuals, friends & families join together across Australia
to tidy up & preserve Australia's wonderful scenery by offering their time.
In Australia, republicanism is a movement to convert the country's government from either a
constitutional democratic monarchy to a constitutional monarchy, with the monarchy's monarch
(now Elizabeth II) being replaced by a president. Before Federation in 1901, Australia was the first
country to endorse states’ rights.

The primary purpose of the presentation is to focus on the training and development and the
audience of this presentation is students of the class and also other class students. The main purpose
of the presentation is to improve the effectiveness of the audience so that they can feel good to learn
new things. The main think which I have like the audiences are their listen ability and asking
questions.

For this presentation, I selected my hobby that is music, I like to listen music and I also a big fan of
classic singing. The opera is the most popular and dramatic of the classical music genres. Opera in
Australia is founded on long-standing European traditions that date back to the Renaissance.

already have enough knowledge of that topic to do a presentation then for this activity imagine this is
not the case. List as many sources of information that you can think of that would be suitable for
your topic.
I have enough knowledge about the previous presentation topic because which is based on the music.
It is determined that music can improve memory & recollection, as well as learning ability,
according to the journal Behavior & Development. Our brains elicit specific feelings, experiences,
and ideas, which can have a good impact on mental health.

On the basis of this presentation, it is determined that I have set the effective motive of the

I chose music as my interest for my presentation because I enjoy listening to music and am a great

On the basis this case, I have decided to talk 6 year primary school students so that I can
effectively understand their knowledge and experience about the high school. There are various
things which are done by the high school students like special activities, such as dances and class
trips, are included on the school calendar and are communicated to the school personnel. Date of
testing, sports, groups, and other extracurricular sign-up information and schedules grades and
homework assignments.
