INTRODUCTION
• Student are those individual's that follow a particular learning process in order to get clear about subject
towards there interested to be developed. Also a student is considered to be an primary person enrolled
within an education institution weather school or college for acquiring knowledge over the profession under
which interest is shown by him or her. They are responsible to make sure that all kind of aspects related to
course is being covered by them.

Students and its characteristics
 As per viewpoint of Psychol, 2019, The learning of students is processed with certain perceptions by which meeting
of mind is processed with support of different factors.
• Accept Responsibility: Being a student an individual is required to analyse all the responsibility that has to
followed by him. This is there to make sure that all the work is completed by them and discipline is
developed within them.
• Self-Motivated: A student is required to maintain motivation in order to make sure that all the activities that
is being performed by them is done with enthusiasm. It is considered to be an important characteristics that
is being possessed by them. It helps students in enhancing there personality.

• Have Self-Awareness: This is there to make sure that an student is required to develop awareness within
them. This means that an student is required to be aware about all kinds of academic activities. They should
collect notes and other study material.
• Believe in Life-Long Learning: In such characteristics an student is required to help in making long term
learning process to be formed. This enhances knowledge in more effective and efficient manner within an
organization. Students should posses this relationship to gain extra

• High EQ's: In this acceptance has to be gain over emotional balance within an organization. This helps in
enhancing IQ level of an student. Also an students try and involve creative thinking to balance there
emotional level. This supports there goals and objectives by paving path for them.
• Believe in Yourself: Student is required to make sure that he is able to believe within himself to make his
progress gain sustainability. In this an human being develops various kinds of basic elements in himself for
enhancing all the work that is done by them.

Skills that must be required to become an effective student
• TIME MANAGEMENT: This is one of the most important skill that is being possessed by a student and in it
various things are included that is time in class, studying, activities, work, meals, study and time with
friends. In college or at school these thing are managed by the students in order to make sure that studying
operation with academic consistency is maintained fro this purpose only management of time is required to
be done by them.

Skills which I currently have
• STUDY SKILLS: This skill has helped me in developing various kinds do techniques to
be developed by me within the specified academic period. This has to be achieved by
reading a text book, take notes in class, use the library and take multiple choice tests
are all areas that will help me be more successful in the classroom.
• MONEY MANAGEMENT: It is important to have experience in independently handling
money, balancing a check book, using an ATM, reading a bank statement and learning
to make responsible decisions about living on a budget. It makes me as a student
developed perfect decision making about money. It makes me utilize my money in
effective and efficient manner.

• KEEPING SAFE AND AVOIDING RISKY BEHAVIORS: This skills has made satisfaction which means
learning to keep self-health maintained by me. In present scenario this make persons develop ways to adopt
health and safety measures within the boundaries of an educational institute.
• SEEKING ASSISTANCE WHEN NEEDED: A big part of advocating for me as this skills has made know
when to ask for help. The college years are a time for learning new information, new life skills and a new
way of relating with our world. This is there to make sure that proper guidance is being gained by them
which makes strength and integrity with no admission failure.
