INTRODUCTION

establishing office is important as this factor has significant effect on the growth of business. It is
required by a business owner to consider several factors when selecting the location for
establishing a company such as rent, lease, business needs , availability of resources which is
very crucial in terms of smooth running of a business.
The purpose of the project is to identify the best location for establishing office for
American law firm.

Before selecting the location for establishing an organisation , it is required by business
owner to consider several factors such as premises must have planning permission that allows

suggested to a company that it should establish branch office. It is also essential for an

also highlighted the factors which are required to be considered when planning for opening an
office.
