Obesity is being considered as the medical condition in which the body fat is being
accumulated to the extreme, which the negatively impact on health. In the current scenario,
Obesity has become one of the common issues in Australian society. Due to the changing
food habits and lifestyle, obesity has become one of the major issues in the current scenario.
In every 4 children, 1 child is being found with the obesity disease (Nahar, Khan and
Hossain, 2017). The world is going through the rapid nutritional and epidemiological
transition characterized by insistent dietary deficiencies. In order to deal with the situation the
involvements for building physical activity, diet and environment.
Argument 1
Mostly due to excessive food intake and lack of physical activities, obesity is being
caused. Therefore, this can be said that the through the changes in personal preferences and
social changes the obesity can be prevented. By developing different weight loss practices,
the obesity can be prevented. Awareness among people regarding the obesity is needed to be
developed so that they will get motivated towards changing their food habits. Through the
physical activity, the total energy expenditure gets influence. It helps in the maintaining the
energy balance in the human body. This is also very effective for reducing the weight.
Through the physical activities the extra calories get burned, as its result, the development
speed of abdominal obesity gets slowed. The controlling idea which has been introduced can
be developed through increasing awareness among people. If different physical activities can
be introduced in the school colleges and other institutions, people will get connected with
these practices. As stated by Peters et al. (2012), regular exercise can play an effective role in
the case of preventing the weight gain. As physical activities increase the flow of metabolism
in the body, that helps to increase energy and decrease the body fat.

There are many people who are not able to find time for physical activities. In such
cases the chance of obesity increases. Due to the increasing work pressure people have
become busy with their working schedule so that they do not get the chance to arrange time
