INTRODUCTION
Tuberculosis is referred to as an infectious disease which in turn is usually caused
by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria (Alarcón and et.al., 2017). Tuberculosis in
turn generally affects lungs which in turn eventually affects different part of the body.
This study will focus on critically evaluating the various risk associated with carrying out
the project. This study also demonstrates the leadership approach and other change
management approach in order determine its impact on the various health related
outcomes. Tuberculosis in turn is highly infectious disease and it tends to usually affect
the lungs. Tuberculosis in turn tends to develop when the TB bacteria tends to spread
via droplets within the air. TB in turn is considered to be very fatal, but it is treatable.
Patients who in turn tends to have active symptoms related with the Tuberculosis, then
they will in turn has to take long medication course which in turn tends to involve various
set of multiple antibiotics (Bloom, and Atun, 2016). If the person has weak immune
system, then they are largely affected by the risk of getting affected by the bacteria of
Tuberculosis.
Background
The key function of carrying out the research on Tuberculosis is that, the
management of the company must in turn focus on critically evaluating the ways which
helps in preventing the spread of Tuberculosis among individual people (Adu and et.al.,
2018). This study helps in determining the measures to prevent and control the
Tuberculosis in the right manner. TB in turn spread via air when the person who has TB
bacteria and virus in turn talks, coughs or sneezes. In order to prevent Tuberculosis
then the person must take proper medication which in turn has been prescribed by the
doctors. The key reason for carrying out the study is to critically investigate the

2017). This study will focus on critically evaluating the preventable and precautionary
measures to control Tuberculosis. This study will also critically examine the signs and
symptoms associated with the Tuberculosis. The main function of carrying out the

attaining aims and objective of the present study.
