set of multiple antibiotics (Bloom, and Atun, 2016). If the person has weak immune
system, then they are largely affected by the risk of getting affected by the bacteria of

the project, the management and leader of the care company must in turn tends to
focus on motivating each individual within the team in order to complete the project

on planning, scheduling and effectively monitoring and controlling various business
activities within the organization. Leaders in turn needs to effectively deal with various
stakeholders of the health and social care organization. Every leader with the care
organization must have good negotiation skills in order to effectively deal with various
suppliers and vendor in medical project management. The leader must be very patient
and confident in order to deal with any unplanned circumstance. This in turn helps in
meeting the needs and objective of the project. This in turn helps in appropriately
managing various set of goals and objectives. Leaders in turn must effectively know the
level of resources which in turn has been required in order to effectively carry out
various set of goals and objectives. The project must be carried out within the specified
time line. This in turn helps in developing and carrying out several activities within the

integrating various department functions in a coordinated manner (Stewart and et.al.,
2020). Integration and development of various leadership skills helps in providing better
health care to the patients in order to attain higher care results and outcomes.
