INTORDUCTION
Primary health care is relates to the essential health care which is generally based on the
socially acceptable & scientifically sound technology and methods and on the other hand the
social health care is a process that refers to the services which is available from the social and
health care providers. SunSmart program is generally a mission for reducing the morbidity,
mortality, cancer incidence with the target of prevention & early detection programs. This report
will study on the principles. Inequalities of primary and social health care system and also the
social and political influences for promoting the health care programs (Woodhead, Northrop and
Edelstein, 2016).

There are so many primary and social health care principles which prevents the illness
and injuries and make an event of SunSmart program which helps in reducing the problems.
There are some points of principles which are as follows;
Accessibility:- For making sure and conducting a program of SunSmart where it is important
that all the primary services are affordable, available & provided equally to all the people in the
respect of gender, ethnicity, age and locations.
Public and community participation:- this programs include all the resources of community
for promoting the health care preventions and also addressing the health care issues at the level
of grass roots. It is one of the principle where it easily helps through SunSmart programs to the
community for taking the ownerships of the wellness and health of their peoples (Nia, and et.al.,
2016).
Health promotion:- it is important to promote health care SunSmart programs because it is a
way to help the community and making the strength of the socio-economic conditions which has
been contributed for the good health. There are so many prerequisites of the health as the peace,
education, food, income and shelter. SunSmart program believes that treating the person which
means taking all the considerations and also live everyday problems and struggles which has
been faced by them.
Appropriate use of technology:-it is necessary to used advance technologies of medicals and
which is affordable, culturally acceptable and feasible to the community and individuals as well
(Harrington and et.al., 2016). All the technologies has been integrated in most recent years

according to the daily work which ensure the efficient and effective way of delivering the
services by the primary and social health care during the SunSmart program.
Inter sectoral collaboration:- it has been recognized the health and well-being of the
communities which is depended solely on the effective services of health care systems.
Organization, government and businesses in all the sectors are equally important for promoting
the health care services to the communities. The SunSmart program has been organized because

Health care promotion principles refers to the health care of individuals where it relates to
the SunSmart program which helps in decreasing the skin care cancer, morality and also have
targeted for preventing the illness and injuries. There are five principles of health care promotion
such as;

From underlying all the principles it has been assumed that the humans are existed,
influenced, cultural, social and economic context. The health care concept is related to the

2015). The main reason of promoting an involving is it can imply the so many things among so

much health care groups of professional and it is only possible when the professional of
healthcare involves and participate in this program and guide to the community for preventing
the health care problems.
Action & action competences
The action competences is actually interrelated to the direct expenses for changing one
owns life's and surroundings. The main of SunSmart program is to promoting health care and
also the main purpose is to building the actions of competences and also allow the target
SunSmart has been involved with so many authentic issues & so many challenges for utilizing
the potential learning in the real life actions (Betihavas and etla., 2016).

Health inequalities in old age people are normal where it involves the biological changes
and there are so many illnesses and disease has been occurred during the time of old age which
reflects to the so many accumulated that affects the one's exposure to all the external risk.
Genetics has been estimated which responsible about 25 % differences in health of old people.

There are so many things which has been influenced by the health care promotion programs
because there are so many policies, rule and regulations has been made by the governments
which is important for the SunSmart program to follow (Woodhead, Northrop and Edelstein,
2016).

influences because it generally involves the main determinants of the social factors such as the
education level, income & social status, working conditions and employments, childhood
experiences, physical environments etc. this all things generally influences by the health care

There are so many social inequalities which influencing the SunSmart programs such as
it raise the exponentially in current years and on the other hand the influence of political factors
for promoting health care programs that there are so many policies has been made by the
government which is not understandable by the people. It is important to understand the
multidimensional relationship between health and policies outcomes. It is generally a schematic
attempt for showing the policies that is related to the expansions of all the welfare state. This
things easily influences the health care promotion programs such as the SunSmart program
which provides detail brief on the health cares services and also make a target for preventing the
illness and diseases (Fertman and Allensworth, 2016).
