INTRODUCTION
Medical and research funders are mainly concerned with the particle research for develop
many theories. For leaving in society health and social practices are very important. In society
the people are affected are many different diseases. In this era, it become important that people
must be aware about these diseases so that they can take corrective actions. In health and social
care sectors the proper treatments are provided to service user (American Academy of Pediatrics
and American Academy of Family Physicians, 2011). While providing the better proper
treatment to service user through this it also maintains the privacy and minimise the risk and
hazardous. It also promote the awareness regarding the diseases and social issues in the principle
health and social care sector. The present report Fleetwood Hall home is considered. This home

A good principle of support acknowledge the individual personal belief and identities by
making more communication effectively. Through all these principles the service user will feel
happy. It gives an opportunity to professionals to provide proper treatments to patients. The
service user to give space them to perform their functions properly In cited care home it is the
responsibility of managers to properly understand the equality act and does not discriminate any
clients or patients on the basis of their caste, religions (Bates and Bitton, 2010). In care homes
people are patients are belonging from different culture and beliefs so the care worker must
respect them and their values also. Working as a manager in Fleetwood hall home, it is their

The patients who are suffering from the mental problem then it is the duty of care worker
to behave with them properly. There are many type of abuse in which the patients are suffering
and care worker has to take care of them properly (Bridges and et. al., 2011). There are many
actions which can be taken by organisation such as when the persons are not able to report about
their mental problems then they should have to give emotional support to them. Some patients
are having the fear of loosing their friends or families so the care worker has to support in terms
of mental problems. Care Quality Commission is responsible for to follow their duties properly
in legal terms for meeting the requirements of customers, clients or colleagues. They have to
