independence, dignity, privacy, inclusion, confidentiality, partnership etc. it is generally based
on the rights of human. In this it is very essential that a care worker is need to understand the

of care is to improve the life of their clients(Yin and et. al., 2019). It may contains some
importance that plays an major impact on the life of people which can be shown below:
 One of the major importance of the principle of care is about it highly focus on the anti
discrimination that means a care person cannot discriminate person to person. Which
denotes that each and every one get equal treatment that also allow the independence
without referring to the another person. In this one person can be recognised as a worthy
where no one can judge the another person who need care on the basis of their caste,
colour, religion etc. For instance- In this a care taker can provide the proper care to the
needy people without any discrimination. In this a person can belongs to a vulnerable
category and another one is the high class society, both get the equal treatment as per

basis of colour, caste and treated everyone equally so that society culture is also to be
improved related to caring the person.
 The another importance of principle of care is to keep and maintain confidence between
the practitioner and client that plays and essential part of the good care practice. In this a
care person cannot deliver the information to another person as they can follow proper
ethics. In this confidentially can be break when an individual person can harm
themselves. This is the major importance in the health and social care that is possible
because of Principle of care(Murray and Mace, 2020). For example- In this the care taker
cannot passes the patient secret information to the other person without their permission
as it reflects the good ethics of the practitioner. A person is suffering from major disease
so he/she can trust the care taker that they cannot share their personal information to the
another person so that their trust can be maintained. It reflects the principle of care.
 Effective communication is the major importance of the principle of care in which
information can be transfer by using two ways that are verbal and non verbal. In this a
person who cares can share their ideas and an individual can share their issues with the
care workers that helps in developing the relationship between these two parties. This
helps in solving the problem of the person so that they can enjoy their life appropriately.
Maslow's need Hierarchy theory
It is the best hierarchy theory that supports the human centred design in which several
aspects are to be included that are material, infrastructure, layout that is effective for facilitating
the patient preferred practices. It is very useful to transforming the organisational culture where
the person who needs care experiences the high services.
It is the first aspect in which a caretaker person can focus on examine the optimal
experience related to patients. In this the service company can focus on providing the natural
light to their patients equally without any discrimination. It is also effective for nurses as they
can exposed the nature views and improving the alertness and also eliminates the stress.
In this safety and security needs practitioner can focus on the customers priorities related
to patient care. It is very effective in principle of care to remove the errors related to medical and
many other viruses. For instance- In this if a person is highly aware about the patient safety

satisfied.

vulnerabilities is offering them the protection. In this a doctor or a care worker can take the
initiative to protect the health and social care of those person who need this and offers the
adequate level of support. Another importance of the legislation within the protection of
vulnerable people is the prevention of harm. In this government of the country pass the law that
is Human rights act 1998 in which a care person can deal with the issue of patient that are
related to the vulnerable category so that they can protect them from the further major
consequences. This also helps in handle the situation in an effective way. The major importance
of the Health and safety at work law is that it displays the social care so that organisation can
ensure that they can analyse the risk of the low class workers and work for protecting their rights.
It will encourage the people of society to focus on vulnerable people health and social care.
In policies, care taking organisation can highly emphasis on implementing the proper
policies that helps in taking care of the vulnerable people. For instance- A Vulnerable people is
suffering from the mental illness then they are treated very effectively under the policies related

2015). In this the patient can get the autonomy and respect in a way that they can take

states that the care person can deliver all the information to their immediate family

share all the information effectively. For instance a good practice can be reflected by taking care

society. This will reflected as a contribution of the care taker person related to good practice
because in this a person can care another person without any caste, religion and other type of
discrimination. It will satisfying an individual person related to sharing the issues related to their
health without any hesitation.
Ethical dilemma defines as a process of facing problem in the decision making process
between the two basic issues. Ethical dilemmas can be presented within good and bad practice.
In terms of good practice a care taker person can emphasis on identifying the best alternative
solutions related to the issues for satisfying the patient. In this patient can share their problems
and in this care take can focus on solutions so that issues of the patient can be resolved. In this
they can follow the proper code of conducts and maintains the relationshop between patient and
doctors. In this practitioner can follow the strict ethical standards so that mistakes cannot be
taken place. In this nurses get the proper training related to serving the services to patients so that
they can recover very quickly. In this bad practice, ethical dilemmas can show that a care taker
person can give the supports to the vulnerable people for their personal benefits as it helps in
enhancing the image within the marketplace. In this those clients are weak and belongs to the

low cast are getting the services from the care taker but it is not qualitative in nature as they
cannot pay the proper fees.
Reflection by using Gibbs model
Description- It includes personal experience of a person. In this I have to indulge in a
session of principle of care. In this I got an opportunity to care several types of person so that
they live their life effectively. By involving in this module several challenges are to be faced by
me like taking care of patients, follow proper ethics and code of conduct etc. While facing these
challenges my friends, seniors supports me to work effectively on this and if something go
wrong they helps me out in future.
Feelings- By involving in this module I feel very excited but at the same time feel fear
and stress when some complex situation related to principle of care arise. In this my colleagues
helps in solve issues prominently. In a hospital there are several patients and they all belongs to
several category and treated effectively as per their diseases. In this I feel that a care taker
person can follow the bad and good practice in their offering services. In this they can provide
the high class services to the people who belongs to the good family and also get the care on
priority basis. It will reflected as a good practice where a person get the proper treatment related
to the disease . On the other hand a person who belongs to Vulnerable society can be treated by
the care taker for enhancing the reputation in the society at thios time they cannot offer the
appropriate services to them it will reflects the bad practice.
Evaluation- In this things that are good within this is that I can effectively understand
what are good ethical practice and what are wrong so that task is to be attained on time frame. It
contributes positively on my professional career.
Analysis- In this I can analysed that if a care taker follow proper ethics, code of conduct
than patients share their issues properly without any hesitation. This helps in maintaining strong
relation with patinet so that offering treatment is done in positive manner and all these things
helps in developing growth within professional career.
Conclusion- In this it is concluded that focusing on analysing own skills and knolwdge
within this module helps in developing overall career. It also develops my ethical skills and
understanding which is quite essential to perform task at the time of care a person. It also helps
in facing challenges properly by taking helps of seniors and family.

Action Plan- Involving in this module helps in gaining several types of knowledge and
skills that are useful in my future when I have participate within this sessions again. At that time
I have to highly focused on ethics and code of conducts so that task are attained effectively so
that providing bad services are avoided. It helps in understanding patient properly.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is to be concluded that principle of care plays an essential role in
the life of the people while caring and understanding people and also protecting them for the
major issues related to health and social care. As it inculcates the importance of the principle of
care that is effective in understanding the type of care that a person needs and what type of care
they receive which is beneficial for them. It also inculcates the principles of care that may affect
the rights of the vulnerable people in both positive and negative way. Further the issues of care
and control in health and social care helps in understanding the concept of care. In this
legislation in protection of vulnerable people is also inculcation that helps in protecting the rights
of the vulnerable people in the society so that society can transform in an effective way and
