fulfilling their needs and wants. It is also important in order to communicate or interact with their patients for making known about their condition, recovery or treatment. Multidisciplinary care-Multidisciplinary care means managing different clinicians or practitioners in this manner so it will become easy for provide health care facility to patients in time and in effective manner. In purpose of this, principle of care is important in health and social care centres in order to manage different practitioners and clinicians for treating patients according to their issues in most effective manner. In NHS also principle of care is also important in order to manage multidisciplinary care. In respect of this they can improve their patients health as well as use their resources in most effective manner. Carers and family members-It is also important for the carers and family members of patients for providing proper knowledge about their patients health condition, which helps them to take care of their patients in most effective manner(Lu and Cunningham, 2021). Carers and family members play an important role for the recovery of their patients so, they must have proper knowledge and information about their patients. NHS is also providing proper knowledge or information about patients to their carer and family member. This will help them to take prevention, early recognition, recovery and assessment of their patients health. Patients health care-All principle are related to patients health care, so it is important for Health and social care to provide best facilities which help patients to have best health care in their centres. It is important for patients for maintaining their physical comfort and also provide them emotional support and alleviation of fear and anxiety. By the use of this principle NHS also provide best facilities to their patients in order to maintain their health and also make them physically comfortable within in it while treating them. They were also making surroundings and environment good or healthy which helps patients to get improve or recover fast in most relevant manner. The principles of care affect the rights of vulnerable people Vulnerable people are those people who faces many problems related to their mental and physical health, lack of confidence and capability in order to deal with their financial issues. Principles of care is most important in order to maintaining health of vulnerable people in Health and social care centres. Human rights of vulnerable people and maintaining their proper health is most important for principles of care which makes health and social care centres provide better facility to them with an extra care to them(Mahendra and Tadokoro,2020). Principle of care 2
affects positively and negatively in favour of rights of vulnerable people. By providing equal health care to their patient can affect negatively in the rights of vulnerable person because they faces many disability issues unlike other person they need extra care and attention in their centres. In context of NHS, they provide facilities to their patients equally according to the principles of care so, rights of vulnerable is also affected. Various type of rights are mentioned which gives power to vulnerable people in order to get health care in any health care centres. The most effective rights related to their financial or social issues such as provide them potable water, ok housing and meals. Rights related to their issues of political and social issues are to get freedom from violence, discrimination, censorship and pain(Vasquez and Boel-Studt,2017). All these rights should be affected directly by providing health care facilities according to the principle of care in most effective manner in health and social care centres to the vulnerable people. In context of NHS principles of care affects in many ways to the rights of vulnerable people. They are considered most important in order to provide them health care facilities in most respectful and positive manner. Various type of is also provide them in order to fulfil their needs and wants which make them to get recover fast in most effective manner. Issues of care and control in health and social care Many type of problems related to care and control are exists while providing health care facilities or services to the patients in health and social care centres(Ransomand Olsson, 2017). The most effective problem of care and control is managing or controlling people related to vulnerable group because are large in number and also have different problems and it is essential for and health and social care to provide facility before and best according to their rights, in order to manage them all it become difficult task for them for controlling and managing them all in most effective manner. According to this condition it will create negative impact in the life or health of patients. In context of NHS, group of vulnerable people create many problems for them in order to control or care their patients in most effective manner. The second and most effective issue is also arising when a person is not able to have free health care services and paying more, it creates many issues of caring and controlling their patients in health and social care centres(Pelaccia, 2019). Providing effective care to the old people also become major issues and create many problems for care takers in order to manage 3
them all in health and social care centres. Because of this many problems occurs inside the NHS, in order to provide best health care facilities or services to their patients. The services whose cost is very high can also create many problems in order to provide care and control in health and social care centres. Because of this people who belongs from vulnerable group are not able to afford this services which is necessary for their health. In NHS this is strong reason which create problem for them in order to provide best facility to the patient. Another issue of care and control is lack of transparency in health and social care centres, which is directly affected patients as well as services provider in order to provide best health care services to them. In context of NHS all these issues of care and control become major problems inordertoprovidebesthealthcareservicestotheirpatientsandalsoaffectedoverall performance of it. Importance of legislation in the protection of vulnerable people in health and social care In case of health and social care safeguarding is a legal obligation that is a type of obligation for all organisation whether they belong to private or public sector. There are many different pieces of legislation are required to be properly followed(Clay and Parker,2020). In case of health and social care there are different types of groups. Such as children, adults but in case of vulnerable groups it becomes more important to have legal adherence to have proper protection of laws. In case of a disabled man or woman who are not able to bath or dress themselves may require extra career there can be issues of physical abuse. There are some elements that may make a person susceptible and their circumstances may affect the ability or mobility in the process of making clear picks. Another instance can be when a person may be diagnosed with cancer be liable for emotional abuse related to the situation. Another situation can be when a old man or women can face issues to organise or dress in the morning,. There can be element that is required to be considered because of the increasing situation of vulnerability. There is a care act 2014 that mainly focussed on safeguarding of the inclined duties that is outlying of legal obligations when there are defensive vulnerable adults there are neighbourhood authorities who posses responsibility to have proper partnership with health care firms. This act is laying its emphasis on the well being on the susceptible grown-up and focus on primary safety of such vulnerable groups(World Health Organization, 2020). 4

This act is regarded as one of the most important act that is supporting of people who belong to age group of more than 60 years. As per this act the person is already aware what is best for them and there are various other legal principles of the care act 2014. it includes protection, empowerment, partnership, accountability, proportionally aspects dealing with the social care aspects. Another aspect that is relayed with the public care aspect is the patients condition. The main focus of such aspects is to safeguard adults, protect their life keep them safe, there are manyoutcomesofvulnerableadultsthatarerequiredtobeprotectedsothatthereis minimization of the negative impact on their present health(Rettie and Daniels, 2021). The vulnerable adults may be having many issues that includes mental illness, short term illness, physical disability, homelessness and substance abuse. The acre act 2014 is very helpful in setting out the duties with respect to assessment of people needs and further the eligibility trio produce publicly funded support and care. The main principle of this is to emphasis that care in human being is associated with its needs and wants. It defines the way there is involvement of a health care worker in assessment of safeguardingneeds.Themainprinciplesthatareassociativewiththecareactincludes protection, prevention, partnership, unaccountability, empowerment and proportionally. There is minimization of detached approaches. It can help in the process of empowering vulnerable adults to actively participate in the safeguarding process so that they are able to receive appropriate feel and care. Assessment 2 Reflective Account In the present research there is a high learning experience that has helped me in the process of enhancing my present existing knowledge. I have learnt that my area of interest is health and social care that is required to increase my present competence level. I got the opportunity of learning about different principles of care that is required to be implemented in health and social care field(World Health Organization, 2018). Fore example I have also developed learning of the important principles of care that can help in the process of enhancing mye communication skills among various employees and patients. In the module the most effective learning is that communication is very important in the process of effective working in health and social care sector, it helps the care provider in 5
developing detail overview of the present status of patient and the way they are required to be given treatment so that their is fast recovery. Apart from this there are many other skill sets that I have learnt during this learning process it includes the way verbal support can help a patient in betterment of their process of recovery. Another skill set that I have learnt during this module is to understand about various legislations which may posses a impact on the present functioning of organisations(WSerafini and et.al., 2020). There are many health care related legislations that are required to be followed and implemented in order to have necessary level of adherence and policy implementation in long run. The core of every workplace is communication but in case of health care workers it is important to have strong positive relationships with other health care team members. The patient capacity through self-managing. Medical recommendation is required to adopt with the preventive health behaviours. Time management is also a skill sets that is vital in all the career but in case of heath care where lives are literally on line it is important to pulled multiple directions so that the health acre employees are aware about the tasks that are required trio be prioritized in the present scenario. Apart from this health care professional can be busy and there can be issues with respect to management of their resources(World Health Organization, 2017). So, through this module I have learnt about the skills of time management which is to focus on task that are very important to be performed first and further perform the duties as per such assigned weight-age to each activity. In this process of learning I have also developed the needed level of self confidence that is important to understand the way confidence is require to communicate with patients. I develop learning that in health care sector manager have to perform variety of roles that includes planning,directingandestablishmentofrequiredlevelofco-ordinationamongvarious organisation settings. Further there is employment of health and medical services managers that can assist in the process of effective functioning of the important tasks and activities that are part of health and social care services. Another skill sets that I have learnt is to deal with the negative attitude and overall situation of criticism. In health and social care there is possibility that the employee may not have proper understanding of the Patient actual issues which may affect their way of treating. If not in proper technical terms there are issues that may arise. So, there is need to have proper mind set to deal with any type of criticism (Golightley and Goemans, 2020). So a health care 6
proper workers need to develop the ability to learn and accept from the overall negative attitude or responses which may arise in thus changing scenario. The patients perceptions of the quality of services in health care is dependent on the quality of interactions with the team and clinical, it suggest that having strong communication skill sets is very important for effective patient satisfaction and care. Further the important of having higher self confidence while performing medically assigned duties is also very important as it leads towards better utilisation of the present opportunities and duties is that arise in this process. In this course of module I have deal with pressure and higher work load that is going to prepare me for the future pressure that will arise as part of daily work, as part of working in team there will be many instances where the working environment is going to offer high amount of work pressure. So, it becomes very important to deal with such pressure in such a manner that it does not posses a impact on the overall working of health care. CONCLUSION From the above mentioned aspects it can be said that in case of health and social care of the most important element is important field of health care. It is important for the individual who are working in this field that the are able to develop detail understand of the way functioning and the structuring of health care. There are many different associated principles that are part of health and social care that includespromotion of effective communication, adherence to legislation that is important for treating people with dignity and respect. Proper implementation of such principles of care helps patients in having proper and timely treatment. In case of people who belong to vulnerable groupsthey posses similar rights as of other communities, it leads towards effective care services that are provide to individuals in long run. 7
