Health and social care service is the industry which offer variety of
medical services to its customers in order to provide solutions to
their problem. In order to achieve set objectives and goals it is
very important for social care homes to offer effective services
to its patients.

Application of principles to ensure care of
individuals in health and social care
There are many principles are
applied to provide support
for the well being of their
clients. For this purpose
many health care practices
are adopted like protection
to provide their support to
clients and ensure that they
remain safe in all aspects.

Procedure for protecting clients, colleagues and
patients from harm
A fixed procedure is followed by health care home regarding
protection and care of their clients. These procedures are
required to follow by all staff members while delivering their
services. This ensures the quality regarding their services.

Advantages of person centred approach
It is necessary to follow person centred approach. This helps to
understand the problem which is faced by the patients. This
enables the staff members to make focus on such specific
problems and properly take care about them.

Ethical dilemmas that arise to users of health and

Various ethical dilemmas are there which faced by providers of

and protection to service users.
