Social care means providing personal care and protection to children and adults who are
in need for the same. This kind of care is provided in order to make people's lifestyle
comfortable. It majorly focuses on those who needs extra care in terms of financial or physical
disability. In this present assignment Prince of Wales house and Icon residential home care has
been chosen for assessment. Prince of Wales house is a partnership firm which provides care
home services in United Kingdom to children and old age people. Icon residential home care is
also a organisation in UK. This report will majorly focus on Procedure that are adopted by care
homes for protection of colleagues and client harm. In addition to this, Theories that underpin
