1.2 Procedure or strategy to protect the individual from harm Incident of abuse to client: In care home of the UK, it has found that a 29 year age care work has hit and shocked to an 89 year old woman who was suffering from dementia. Most of the time, she was verbally abused by her social worker and also that old lady was got an improper doses of medicines from the carer. Along with this, some time she dragged by the health care worker to bedroom floor and that time, she was scream with huge pain (McSherry and Pearce, 2011). Beside this, she was also facing the violence by that carer many of the time. The above stated case shows that there were different kinds of abuse happened with the victim in the case home such as physical, mental, emotional etc

1.3 ANALYSE PERSON CENTERED APPROACHES Definition Person centred approach is defined as concept in which patients or services users are empowered to take decisions by their own regarding their medical treatment. For example: If a patient named Mrs. Leon suffers from dementia and arthritis, adopting a person centered approach would mean listening to her, thinking together with her, sharing her ideas regarding the treatment and supporting her towards personal goals.
