It can be attained by supporting as well as promoting people's rights who requireslong term care as sometimes they can feel their dignity is being take as per the time. 1.3 Benefits of person-centric approachThe person centric approach was developed by Carl Rogers which entails if a person issurviving with any kind of health issue or disability then there have to provided an effective orspecific care. East and West home care can develop a customer centric approach which ensuresthat their all needs are fulfilled in an effective manner. In addition, it is essential for health andsocial care managers to pay proper attention to weak or vulnerable people. Benefits of person centric approach: -The approaches enables that users can have choice and control upon their lifestyles. Forinstance- they can decide which kind of clothes to wear and what to eat. Person centric approach believes to provide instant services to patients who needed itmost (Hymel and et. al 2011). Treat emergency cases. It prefer to give proper attention and concentration to the person who is suffering most. \Person centric approach offers care homes to determine various areas that can beimproved within organisation. For instance – the right wheel chair is provided to differenttypes of disability. It ensure that service users are well fed and given meditation if they are sick so as tomanage good health. 3.2 Impact of social processes on users of health and social care servicesSocial processes put a huge impact on health care services, i.e. body acceptability andmental stability of service users are accompanying with social perceptions. In this case study,health care services considered as people health can be improved by the growth andadvancement of social perceptions. Lack of education – In local areas, people have lack of information regrading health andcare homes; thus they cannot prefer to go at there.
