INTRODUCTIONHealth care industry is analysed as an important part of every nation as it has providedmajor growth and development to the economy. Social care sector deals with the psychology andreligious beliefs of employees working in HSC services and they are usually responsible toprovide treatment to users (Blais and et.al. 2015). Various important principles and provisionhave been developed by professionals and relevant authorities such as NHS and government formonitoring ethical practices in care homes. Present task is based on analysis of differentprocedures adopted by care homes for protection of their patients as well as staff from damages.Various important policies and strategies discussed relevant to own performance in HSC. Alongwith this, Influence of these regulations on organisational policies and practices have also beendiscussed in this report. Thiswill help service providers to follow themwhile providing care.Stage 2 - An effective plan will be developedthat will help in protecting people from harm. Stage 3 - Risk assessment will be done thatwill help in developing measures that can betaken in occurrence of any hazard (Stiglitz andRosengard, 2015).Step - 4 Employees will be given with trainingon how to deal with hazard. be informed about different types of risks andtheir prevention methods.Step 5 – Manager and worker will worktogether so that risk of hazard can be reducedand people can be protected from harm. Step 6 – At last, records of patient will be keptso that service which are provided byprofessional can be reviewed by familymembers and management.2.1 Application of various policies and regulation relevant to own work in HSCThe legislation develops effectivepolicies and operations that are enforced inhealth care. It helps in setting standards whileproviding care to patients. The home care alsoworks together with government whiledeveloping policies. This helps in selectingsuitable procedures. Besides` this, policies helpin removing barriers that occur while providingcare to patients according to their needs (Brettand et.al, 2014). For the present care home, aproper care plan will be developed.It will help in providing effective careto patients according to their needs. In thisplan, staff will be allowed to share data andinformation. This will make it easy to doindividual assessment so that needs can beidentified. In addition to this, plan will alsoallow staff to work with stakeholders so that asafe environment can be created. UKCare standard act 2000: It has beenmade to ensure that all the provisions shouldmeet with NMS (National Minimumstandards). In involves set regulations tospecific level of care provide to require HSC.As per this, overall employees should be keptafter police verification prior they startworking with young and child care home.2
