INTRODUCTIONGood health is the basic need of society, people are suffering from different kinds ofdiseases. It is essential that people get aware from these infected illness and get proper treatmnetfrom the care homes. Medication and treatment provide by medical professionals assist inminimizing the risks of individual. Some legislation has been made by the authorities whichenable service providers to deliver good care to end users. Present report is based on the GameCare home which is working in London (Anderson and et.al, 2014). Currently it has poor carepractices and it is unable to meet with the care needs of patients. Assignment will focus onseveral principles which can support in making good HSC practices. Various theories of healthcare will be illustrated in this study. Impact of social processes will be covered in this report.TASK 11.1Principles are the fundamental norms which defines such rules and values which arepositive for the group, organization or for individual. These principles support people in gettingfaire and proper treatment in the hospitals (Bowling, 2014). Equality act 2010, Human rights acts1998, Data protection act 1998 etc. are some regulation which aid in making excellent carepractices. Principle of support is the main fundamental truth of health care industry. Firms arerequired to give proper care and support to its patients. As per the given scenario Game Carehome is poor practices, hazardous material were left unsecured, it has poor care plan, quality ofmaintaining records are poor. Care home was not capable to give effective treatment and supportto patients. It is necessary that service providers encourage and promote rights of patients anddiscourage discrimination in the hospitals. It was essential for medical professionals to providehim special attention so that it individual could recover from its illness. Care Quality commission(CQC) has maintained that Game care home's record keeping system, is very poor, it is requiredthat they keep secure data of patients. As in the case of Mrs Owen, no staff member was payingattention on her, they were not taking care of the patient well. As she was the dementia patient soshe was needed help of care providers because she was suffering from problem of memory lose.Many times Mrs. Owen failed out of the wheelchair. Doctors were needed to support herotherwise she could suffer from physical damage. Principle of support is very necessary to adoptby the care home because by this way, members of care home will be able to understand

procedure to maintain privacy in the workplace (Chestnut and et.al, 2014.). Data protection actensures that hospitals keep secure data of employees and patients, but this practice was notfollowed by the Game care home as per he report of CQC. As Mr. Evans were suffering frommind learning disability so it was required to keep secure the information of Mr. Evans, medicalstaff need not to share this important information with others. It was breaching of law becausethey have liked the personal data of the patient. It was needed to support the patient by making itconfidential so that service user could get treatment without any hesitation. Some times differentculture create problem in communication. Equality act ensures that practitioners give equaltreatment to all patients, there should not be any discrimination in the hospitals. It is requiredthat service users get effective treatment and care provides analyse their situation and accordingto their needs they should provide them proper treatment. It is evident that principle of supportwas not followed by Game care home in its practices (Muth and et.al, 2014).As newly appointed manger in Game care home, individual is required to review all theprocess of hospital, person is required to put new procedure of back ground check of workers,policies of the care home needed to be reviewed timely by manager so that draw backs of Gamecare home according to CQC report can be improved immediately. Essay has indicated thatGame were having poor services, they ignored legislation and people were getting poor services. 1.2Care quality commission states that safeguarding is all about protecting people's healthand well being. It is all about to protect human so that they can live their lives harmless (Drotar,2014). Thee are many kinds of harm and abuse such as physical, psychological, sexual, financialetc. Game care home had poor practices, people were not protected from risks. Risks of personswere not timely reviewed by medical staff members. According to the report of CQC, Game care home was doing wrong activities,organization was failed to provide proper care to its patients according to their needs. As pergiven scenario Mrs. Owen was dementia patient so she was needed support and protection bymedical professionals. Doctors of Game care home could be able to protect her by taking care ofher, many times she loosed her balance on wheelchair so care worker was needed bed to beassociated with her all time. Staff members was required to Record keeping was very drastic,people were unsafe in the organization. For protecting clients, patients and colleagues fromharm, manger of Game care home is required to take appropriate action so that risk can get
