The term leadership is defined as an art of inspiring individuals or group of persons in
order to accomplish common goals and objectives as this helps them to meet the requirement of
customers needs and demand. They manage and control their workers to make strategy and plans
in accordance to develop profitability and performance of business (Bell and Harrison, 2018).
Leaders requires various skills such as communication, creativity, motivation and many more
