INTRODUCTION
The presentation aims to identify the history of Charles Dickens. Management is the
foremost function for any individual, organisation or institution. It has universal presence in to
carry out all the work in a systematic and desirable way. History creates the world and lead to
evaluate some terrible experiences. He is the famous English writer and poet which is known for
his great novels and short stories. The presentation is going to show the interesting facts about
his personality and how he created a history. It will demonstrate the significance of good
management practices that derives from individual behaviour. There will be analysation of CVF
approaches that define 4 approaches which are necessary to look into the behaviours and traits
of an individual.

Life Background:
Charles Dickens was born on 7 February 1812 in Hampshire, London son of Elizabeth
and John Dickens. He was died in 1870, June 9 in the age of 58. his life was full of terrible and
consequences in respect of father's imprison and frequent moving of house which has affected
on his education in the age of 15. He was fond of writing and observing people and society on
which, presented own thoughts and assumption for better solution and management techniques
that could Crete a positive world. He was known as the famous writers who wrote hundreds of
short stories, novels and articles which are read by millions of people. He worked hard and
present his thoughts, knowledge and ideas through novels and critics which gave him the title of
genius in 20th century. All his books and journals are still popular and read in present times.
Dickens was left his schooling in order to take the place of his father as he was imprison. Apart
form his lack of education, he continues his passion and wrote hundreds of books, journals,
articles for social welfare, children rights and education. He got his first success in 1836 for the
launch of The Pick wick Papers. Some of the best known novels of Charles are Oliver Twist, A
tale of Two Cities, Great Expectations and many other novels have touched the height of success
in 1843. the life of Dickens was not so interesting or popular as he was the only member in the
family who could take the responsibility to be mature and earn livelihood after his father's
