There are many principles of management which can be applied by an organisation so that
work can be completed on time. Some principles of management are, division of work,
discipline, authority and responsibility, unity of direction, unity of command, remuneration,
centralization and decentralization, subordination of individual interest. According to Steve Jobs,
principles of management should be applied but leadership style must be used so that there will
be no confusion and work can be completed on time (Church and Alford, 2020).
Steve Jobs suggest autocratic leadership style to be applied because it helps in
accomplishing targets and goals of company can be achieved. According to Steve Jobs there are
some management principles which help in running business smoothly and beneficial in growth
of organisation. Principles of management as per the view of Steve Jobs are, do what you love,
think something different from others, kick start your brain, sell dreams, not products, create
insanely great experiences. These are some management principles according to point of view of
Steve Jobs. It is important to focus on these points so that organisation can run smoothly and
satisfy needs of customers. When principles of management are applied then it is beneficial for
organisation and helps in performing better than others (Eichhorn and Towers, 2018). It is
