INTRODUCTION
Principles of management are crucial in nature as it help in administrating an organisation
activities. It help each department of organisation to function in an systematic manner(Morden,
2017). This report is going to analysis theories of management that help an manger to carry its
work in an effective manner.
MAIN BODY
Chaos Theory: Chaos theory is determined of non linear and unpredictable. It teach an
individual to deal to expected and unexpected situation with in an organisation. By
understanding our eco system, social system, economic system are interconnected by being
detrimental to long term well being(WisnerTan and Leong, 2014). Principles of Chaos that help a
manger to perform its role and responsibilities are as follows:
The butterfly effect: This effects grants power to cause a hurricane of a butterfly flapping
its wings though it may take a very long time but connection is real. It indicates that if butterfly
not flapped it wings at just right point or time the hurricane would not happen. Eventually, this
effect help a manger to take right decision at right time so that appropriate result can be
determined.
Unpredictability effect: In this effect a person doesn't know when the initial condition or
situation which cannot be predictable within performing activities. For such instance a manger
need to be flexible in performing its roles and responsibilities so that in unexpected condition an
appropriate decision can be taken.
Feedback: In an organisation system often become chaotic when there is feedback is
presented. Herein, an efficient manner should always welcome feedbacks and according make
strategies to over come it.
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs: It is one of the effective motivating theory in psychology that
argues so that an individual aim to meet basic needs in accurate manner. It hep a manger to
motivate its employees and staff members so that an organisation goals and objectives can be
attained.
Physiological needs: Physiological needs indicates basic need of an individual.If this
needs are fulfilled they employees feels motivated and perform their roles and responsibilities in

accurate manner. Moreover, a manger on organisation ensure that this needs are fulfilled and
each employees are happy with their job and basic amenities of life.
Safety needs: In an organisation safety needs indicates job security, financial security
and health security(Fry, 2012). Herein, mangers of a respective organisation ensure that an
employees feel safe and secure with its job so that they feel comfortable in carrying out their
duties in effective manner.
Social needs: This needs includes love, affection, care, belongingness foe each other. In
organisation context if manger is able to provide such social needs to its employees then they
will feel comfortable within workplace.
Esteem needs: In an organisation, mangers duties is to ensure that each employees are
respected in an efficient manner so they have good reputation within workplace and feel high
motivated in performing their duties.
Self actualization needs: In this type of need a manger need to ensure that each and
every employee are motivated so that organisation goals and objectives can be achieved.
Thus, above mention two theory help a manger to perform its roles and responsibilities so that an
organisation can achieve their goals and objectives in effective maaner.

From the above discussion it has been concluded that principles of management play's an
effective role as this help mangers to perform its roles and responsibilities in effective manner.
