INTRODUCTION
Principles of management is the universal phenomenon which is applied in the normal
course of business activities under various circumstances and helps to provide requisite training
to the managers so that they are capable of taking scientific decisions(Holweg, et.al. 2018). It
ensures optimum utilization of resources and amount of wastage of resources can be predicted by
using trial and error method so that loss can be avoided easily. These rules give the authority to
the managers to decide the measures to be taken to achieve the given tasks effectively.

Based on the team work, our group adopted the Belbin and Tuckman theory to improve
the team performance.
Belbin theory
Every organization is divided into various teams and each one of them has its own roles to play
and have different procedures and code of conduct. In an organization various conflicts and
breakdown occurs which can affect the efficiency of a team(Su, et.al. 2019). This theory is
founded so that each member within the team can understand their part and helps to identify the
roles, strengths, weakness and ability of an individual. .
There are nine Belbin team roles -Research investigator, Team worker, Co-ordinator, Plant,
Monitor evaluator, Specialist, Shaper, Implementer and Completer finisher.
1. Resource investigator: They are good in research, other developments and helps to bring back
ideas in our team(Jiafu,Yu,andTao, 2018). It also helped help in building good communication
in our team.

communication system in our group which boosted the team spirit to achieve the team
objectives.
