INTRODUCTIONProject management is an area of management which involves practices like initiating,planning, executing, controlling and closure of the work in stated period of time. The major levelof challenges of the project management is to accomplish all of the project goals within the givenconstraints (Olechowski and et. al., 2016). This report will be cover on Katz office fit-outs whois well-known for its kind of furnishings, electrical & water fit-outs and also other interiordesigning or development of the structure of any premises. In the contrary, this project willaimed at project tracking on a work till now done by Katz office fit-outs and its reporting. Also,this report will also puts emphasis on presentation skills, team leadership and learning orreflection at a greater side. Lastly, this report will majorly focuses on existing team workingenvironment after current project and additional information on new project manager. MAIN BODY Overview of the project: This project is currently engaged by Katz office outlets, in which firm is undertaking fit-out project in the medium size IT office building in the Sydney suburbs. As, this project is leadby team of Katz company & contractors which was underlying by the project manager TonyFaultier (Janssen and et. al., 2015) As, the current project manager has left this business entityand work is abrupt in the middle process. In this, work is partially completed on every level ofthis building on which observation is necessary to this project. On this, big amount has beenspent and still completion of this project needs to be undertaken. On leaving of the currentproject manager, this would be major challenge for Katz office fit-outs to hire and prepare newproject manager to work with increased efforts at a greater scale. In this project, four different elements such as current status of the report including costand schedule variances, recruitment of the new project manager, discussion of the leadershipbehaviour and team working environment with an influences on work policies. Current status of the project:This outfit project was decided at budgeted amount of $1.2 million and original schedulefor completion of this project work is decided four months from 1 may to 30 June. In this outfitproject, four level of the building such as ground floor, first floor, second floor and top floor. Thedescribed schedules are as given under:

Gantt chart: This is a type of the chart that help in the illustration of a project schedules.This chart lists out a task to be led performed on the vertical axis and time intervals on horizontalaxis. This is also known as the chart of the project, in which each and evert task of this project isshown under heading or time required to complete this project (Špundak, 2014)
