INTRODUCTION
Sales consider procedure and action involved in promoting and selling of goods and
services. A key sales function is vantage by create market department. Marketing is process of
technique in promoting, selling and distributing goods and services (Dewsnap and et.al., 2020).
Both sales and marketing helps in improving customer retention. Airbus is multinational
aerospace corporation, as it is the largest airlines manufactures and took many other airlines
orders. The company conducted civil aeroplane business along with production and having
manufacture facilitates in European sectors. This report evaluate in understanding of marketing
and sales concept with the help of diverse changing. Also, identify ethical marketing and sales
practices and marketing theory through formulation of marketing plan. This report also access
the impact of marketing from consumer and organizational perspective.
1. Market and sales concept with diverse changing marketplace.
The market concept is strategy that utilize in satisfies customer needs, increasing sales and
decrease their competition. There are few concepts of marketing concepts that have been adopts
by Airbus aviation-
Production concepts:- These concepts is one of the oldest marketing direction that helps in
guiding sellers. Airbus company taken major risk in focusing narrowly in their operation and
suffer vision of real goals. Marketing concepts helps in improving production and products
distribution efficiency. Hence, in very market situation production concepts being too useful for
their selling products and services to customer. Airbus have their own production of hand
sanitizers, face mask, gloves and disinfectant wipes for their passenger due to have currently
pandemic, and they supply many of these products to other airlines (Enyinda And et.al., 2020).
When the demand of products and services surpass supply this can be seemed as highly price
sensitive and while their budget. Thus, producer will be interested in increasing their production
in selling out different goods and services. If there might be reduction in production cost than
Airbus has to reduce their with helping of market size and try to create more position for their
products with different types.
Product concepts:- These concepts hold out their consumer favour products with offering most
quality, creative or innovative features. Quality of products and improvement are important parts
of market strategies and Airbus company have some of their targeted customer in market who

are very satisfied with their products at time of travelling. In airlines many of products and
services are given to their customer such as hand sanitizer, face mask, gloves and disinfectant
wipes to protect them from Covid-19 and make their journey safer. Airbus has the best quality of
products and their goods can set out industry trends and standards. These high quality products
have higher prices but still many people buy products while looking out advertisement.
Selling concepts:- In this concept's consumer will not able to buy Airbus products unless it
undertakes on large scales of selling and have some efforts on promotion. Here management
have main focused on generating sales transaction rather than developing their long term goals
and create customer relationship (Fursov, 2017). Due to recently pandemic no replacement of
essentials product in airlines including sanitizers, mask, gloves, wipes which are more important
for today's times. As for these companies are running their daily advertisement and making
people awareness.
Marketing concepts:- Airbus aviation goals depends on knowing their customer needs and
wants and completing their desires goals better than competitors do. The marketing and selling
concepts have two extreme concepts and both are different from each other. When Airbus has
started achieving their capabilities in producing the existing demand and make them realizing
needs of marketing business operation. As these concepts try to understand their customer needs
and deliver them the best products and services which can bit better competition among their
airlines. This changes helps their customer in knowing more about their products and services for
keeping them safe in this pandemic.
In selling concepts Airbus aviation has large scale of selling and promoting their products and
services. It being suitable for those buyers who do not normally thinks buy and this diverse
changing might be support their business for selling more products and services in satisfying.
They have main focused on production level with their own brand name including sanitizers,
gloves, masks and wipes that could help them in making their journey perfect and make them
safe from virus (Hollensen, 2019). The selling concepts make the business poor assumptions in
developing them.
