The calculation of the SRA was done by considering the factors that mostly affect the
business. For example, the risk factors for each of the events are taken and calculated with the
projected risk score and identifying an average impact. Next the average probability is
considered and based on it the impact of risk is rated as low, medium or high. For example,

continue with the development of motivational plans that can help in retaining employees and

an instantaneous manner so that investment on the financial front can be made. Apart from
this, workplace ethics can be developed that can help in understanding the rules related to the
development of mutual respect and coordination. This needs to be done by the managers by
providing notices in the organisation that can help in the development of workplace culture
