Objectives
 The main objective of this
project was to launch the Food
Test lab on 1st July 2019
 Apart from that, the objective of
the project was to successfully
complete the Fibronil Testing
 Both the project objectives were
successfully met.
Priorities
 The Schedule was the main
priority of the project along with
the performance.
 The project was completed in
estimated time
 This indicates that the project
priorities were met.

Changes in project Schedule
 There have been certain
changes in the Schedule of the
project
 The main contributing event for
the schedule change includes
the Fipronil Testing
 One activity needed 4 more
days to complete that resulted
in schedule conflict and changes
in project schedule.

Cost Overrun
 The Project faced certain cost
overrun.
 This is mainly because of the
change in project schedule
 Resource shortage is another
contribution event of Cost
Overrun in FTL project
 The Figure on the left indicates
the cost Overrun

Lesson Learnt
 Capturing the lesson learnt is considering to be an on going effort of
project implementation
 The major lesson learnt associated with the FTL project are as follows-
 Accurate Project Planning is required for ensuring that project followed
appropriate specifications
 Appropriate budget estimation is quite essential to ensure project
success
 Change management should be implemented in a planned manner

Suggestion
 The suggestions that can be provided on basis of FTL project are as
follows-
 The Project should have considered more available resources
 Resource allocation should have been more accurate for this project
 It is suggested that change implementation of the project follows a
planned approach
 It is suggested that project should have a scope for incorporation of any
vital change during project implementation.
