A project can be classified into various
ways such as the source of capital,
complexity, stakeholders involved in it,
project content and the project objective.
The different factors of the projects
should be considered in order to maintain
the efficiency of the project and while
prioritizing the projects. It allows the
priority analysis of a certain project by
allotting some values.

The project manager of a particular
project is given the highest priority. This
is because the project manager ensures the
execution of all the planned activities in a
proper manner. Project manager takes
care regarding the accomplishment of the
project in effective way. He assigns the
stakeholders their individual roles as well
as responsibilities. These roles are
assigned irrespective of the post and title
of the stakeholders.
