Task One:
Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Professional and personal development plan involves that developing entire job which
they can improve and it should always focused on workplace and skills should be needed
(Bauchner, Fontanarosa and Livingston, 2020. The main purpose is personal and
professional development is to handle their own growth and learning through their career. It
is very important to learn their knowledge and ensure that work can be done in effectively
and efficiently manner.
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
Short term goals are should be determine that they should want to accomplish their
goals in near future and it can set by 1 week, 1 month or 1 year. It is significant that all
students must be informed that their goals are recognise for a very short span of time. Value
of short term goals is to reach their long term goals.
Examples are:
To build a morning routine
Communication skills
Leadership skills
Description and discussion of the value of medium term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
Medium term goals are should be determine that after short term they can maintain
their goals and it could be achieved within 4 to 5 years. It is helpful to recognise that each and
every people should be motivated are interconnected to path and it offers both long term and
short term (Fuertes and Fuertes Jr, 2021). Value of short term goals are that different
individuals need to be achieved their goals and objectives.
