INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management skills is most important aspect through which individual can
maximize their efficiency in order to fulfil overall goals and visions in effective manner.
Leadership skills include motivation, communication, handling, listening to feedback, problem
solving and delegating responsibilities in an effective manner (Greany and McGinity, 2021).
Leadership and management skills plays an essential role though which individual can be a good
leader and can bring out their best abilities within self and team members and can further provide
motivation to accomplish shared objectives. While in terms of management skills it has been
evaluated that these skills are important at it help individual to co-ordinate and motivate other
individuals and accomplish task in an effective manner. There are wide range of leadership and
management skills through which person can enhance their capability. Present report has been
conducted on accessing own leadership and management capabilities with the help of theoretical
model in order to determine leadership strength and weakness. Along with this report include
plan in order to enhance existing strength while addressing weaknesses.

My Ideal Self:
My vision is to be a leader who invest their time in other individuals and focus on getting
things done by inspiring them. I am having clear vision of self as a leader in the future. I have
participated in the group activity in which I provided route to other team members with the help
of effective communication skills. It helps in building my confidence and trust level. For me trust
is an essential element of leadership.
My real self
This is the second stage of model in which in a team building process I have undertaken
activity to encourage feedback with kind rational and trust. Furthermore, I see myself as
challenging and encouraging and this came up in 360-degree feedback. I have received comment
