INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are capabilities and the respective skilled areas which are being needed for all
the students in order to develop their living standard an academy performance. It mainly helps
out to maintain the writing, referencing, presentations and all the implemented skilled areas with
complex capabilities and essential requirements (Fang, 2021). It evaluate out the analysis of
reflective practice through which a critical approach of thinking can be implemented. Personal
development plan mainly serves out to produce a document which provides the goals and the
clear vision of the student and individuals. This report will cover the relations of academic skills
with development and with that the medium-term goals, short-term goals and the long-term
goals. Further it will also cover a personal development plan.

Personal and professional development mainly aims out to maintain the individual
growth and personality in all the academy performance and carrier. It mainly provides to
implement and focus regarding all the development programs and the knowledge with certain
skills that are being insured for an effective and legal environmental areas.
It mainly means all the reflection of the individuals personality all the students working
area in their present academy conditions and all the carrier goals is being analysed through
personal and professional development. This mainly provides a proper development of a persons
personality and also give the aspects through which all the opportunities and objectives can be
attained through places in the specific goals (Marzal Garcia-Quismondo, and et. al.,2018).
It is also being known as continuous personal and professional development as it mainly
provides a proper enhancing and the capabilities of students or the individuals regarding the
