Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development implements out all the important functions
and the management through which individuals personality can be enhanced and also
developed in the framework of strategy through which they can improve their working areas
and also gain the advancement in their daily life basis it mainly covers all the agendas
through which the objectifying approach and development can be maintained (Trorey, and
Cullingford, 2017).
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals

Short-term goals mainly are the goals which used to be covered in the time period less
than one year (Steinert O’Sullivan, and Irby, 2019). It helps out to develop the enhanced
skills and approaches as the term out to provide a proper training for the requirements and
also to reach the agendas and the goals of the students and the individuals regarding the
smaller steps and the current outstanding processes. For instance communication, regular
exercising, any time management skills.

Medium-term goals are mainly those goals which usually take the milestone for 3 to 5
years to get achieved it’s mainly being used by the student or the individuals to frame their
ultimate targets and to enhance your working areas in the carrier and for the future growth. It
helps out to provide all the important needs by overall senses in the steps that are being taken
by the individual. These are mainly being made by proper training sessions by a person for
instance paying for a loan, critical thinking approach, gaining any professional degree
(Shagrir,2018) .

and a hard dedication is with proper determination regarding their goals and targets to
