This report comprises the purpose behind the how people work within the organisation. as
well as this helps to understand the various elements of the motivations. Which helps within the
pushing the limits in order to perform appropriately within the organisation in the favour of
doing Job as well as doing any of the task within the organisation. This will motivate the
employee for working within the proper way that can be done within the positive manner within
the organisation. apart, from this within the working culture of the environment is playing the
several factor for the development of the organisation. This will also give the positive as well as
negative impact on the behaviour of the employee for doing the continuous work within the
positive manner on the working environment as well as Job profile for the employee. This can
result on the mental well being that can also give the effect on the physical problems by facing
the negative environment of the organisation (Gong, Yang and Shi 2020). Now, in the context of
the report, the discussion will be further taking place of why people work within the organisation
and what are the motivation factors.

What does motivation mean
Motivation is the most essential part of the working that will inspire the employee for
putting in their efforts towards obtaining the organisational goals. The motivational tools should
be generated by the help of facts that individuals can not join the organisation because they are
feeling that their personal goals will be satisfied by getting related with the organisation. The
motivation is required in every of the sphere of the organization life. As this helps in building the
interest between the employee to fulfil the organisational goals. This is also increasing the
efficiency of the employee (Gowdy, Miller and Spencer 2020). The factor of motivation lies
within the mind. This is the different forces of setting the person into the motion as well as
actions, by giving them the external rewards and punishment or by giving internal incentives.
Apart, from this motivation is the art of stimulating the employee to take the desired the course
of actions. Some of the peoples is taking the course of action by taking the motivated rewards
while the others are feeling self – motivated.
