INTRODUCTION
The report includes the purpose of the people and to provide the outline of the several
factors towards the work, this is related to the motivation of the peoples. That encourage the
peoples in the way to perform effectively within the job as well as doing their job in the positive
manner (Rushton and Wilson,2020). Apart, from this within the work culture environment there
are the various factors related to the positive as well as the negative manner that will impact their
job role in the various ways. This will give the outcome in the respect of the mental as well as
the physical aspect of the work in the negative aspect and will waiting for the outcome in the
positive way. Within this report the discussion is about the why people work within the
organisation and what are the factors will motivate them for working in the better way. As well

staffs as well as the employee.

The motivation of the employee is defined as the level of the energy, commitment as well
as the amount of the creativity of the employee that gives the creativity of the organisation within
the regular basis. As well as the motivation is literally meaning the movement. The behaviour is
need to channelize the behaviour within the order to achieve the wanted desired goals as well as
the outcomes. Apart, from this the employee motivation is all about the how the peoples are
engaged and the employee will feel within the organisation and the goals that how much
empowered they are feeling within the organisation. there are the two types of the motivation
intrinsic and extrinsic (Shafagatova, and Van Looy, 2019).The organization will need to
understand the employee effectively, that the motivating of the employee will need to acquire the
depth knowledge for understanding the different types of motivation within the organisation.
