INTRODUCTION
In the present scenario of business environment, society is facing an important issue
which is child labour. Child labour increases due to increasing in poverty. Day by day it is
analysed that the use of child labour is banned by every country (Raynolds, 2017). But the
argument which occurs in banning of child labour is countries are able to reduce the poverty. The
reason of child labour is only because of poor people cannot afford their basic necessities such as
clothes, food, shelter, etc. Now every country is focusing on banning the use of child labour in
supply chain but the argument or question is arise that they are able to reduce the cause of child
labour. This report is focusing on the argument of child labour for and against in supply chain.

Claim 1
It is identified in many cases of society that they are saying child labour is very bad. It is
true that child labour should not be run in society because it exploits the whole childhood of
children (Toms and Shepherd, 2017). It is really very bad for society because it gives a negative
impact on children. It is analyse in some cases that due to child labour they are not physically
and socially developed. They are unable to take education as well. Some more important reasons
which are mentioned below:
According to the law, child labour is against with fundamental laws and human rights.
This is totally wrong with the children if organisation forces to do child labour in their
supply chain management.
Another most important reason is child get low wages as compared to other workers
because they are treated in low skilled workers.
Claim 2
It is very easy for country to tell that child labour should be banned from the society but
they can even focus on the reason of increasing child labour. The reason of increasing child
