Reason for origination of disease
Doctors have common consensus that cramps are nothing but involuntary contraction of
muscles which means that muscles wideness reduce and that cause cramp in body of
middle aged man.
There are number of reasons due to which cramp occurred in body of patient and one of
them is overuse of muscles and dehydration in body. Some times individual work a lot
beyond its capacity and due to this reason cramp happened in hands.
